Excellent & great neighborhood

We were very happy with our stay. Tim was an excellent host. The location could not be better, just blocks from food and entertainment. We will be visiting here again for sure.

Tranquil views

Much need time away with my husband. Location and views were perfect as we did not rent a car. Everything was in walking distance and like I mentioned before, the views were beautiful.

Comfortable, quiet, lovely view

The apartment has the feeling of home. It is just as it appears in the photos, with a magnificent view. Very walkable, close to downtown shops and dining. Wonderful hosts.

Wonderful Ocean Beach Experience

This is about as close to the beachfront as you will find in fabulous OB. Lovely accommodation with all you need to make meals in, and close to lots of excellent restaurants. Tim was great with communication and met us personally upon arrival. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Tim and Kathy’s property was perfect for us. Tim met us on arrival and was warm and welcoming, and during our stay he was available and helpful. The place had everything we needed, the view from the deck was fantastic, and the location was great - quiet at night, but still a very short walking distance to everything OB has to offer.

Quiet Ocean Sound Retreat

A quiet ocean sound Boho feeling retreat. Watch sunsets over the ocean, walk to a local market, cafe or farmers market. Enjoyed the the distant fireworks from Sea World. Easy walk to the beach and tidepools.

Great Place, perfect location

We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and my wife loved the cute cottage. It is walking distance to almost everything on main street but very quiet. Melissa was awesome and communicated with us perfectly. We will stay again when back in Fredricksburg!!!

Lovely apartment

The sunsets over the ocean from the upstairs balcony are quite spectacular as is the location, only a few blocks from Ocean Beach main street. The apartment has everything you could need and is private and secure. Tim was a lovely host, very friendly and responsive.

Great spot with amazing views

We loved our time at Tim & Kathy’s place. They were both extremely kind, responsive and accommodating. The VRBO itself was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed using the fireplace at night while watching TV and LOVED being able to fall asleep and wake up listening to the waves. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back again.

Amazing views of ocean and sunset from deck of condo. Very clean. Close to downtown.

This is a great place. The beach a block away is amazing . My 11 year old daughter loved the waves. The sunsets are crazy good. Highly recommend. Ocean Beach is a place frozen in time and a must see. Very cool. We had an amazing week.

Perfect Girl Getaway!

This property was perfect for us! Wonderful location within walking distance of so many restaurants and great night life. The property was even better than advertised. So close to the water, with an outstanding view. The pull out bed was better than any pull out we had slept on. No bars, no springs, very comfortable! Excellent property with excellent hosts! Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

Great Getaway!

We are very familiar with San Diego and this was a perfect location = close to everything! It was so nice to have a laundry room and off street parking = big help! Tim was excellent to work with. The view from the bedroom deck is spectacular - and easy walking neighborhood. The kitchen could use some new pots / pans, utensils, and towels. Overall a GREAT getaway! Thanks Tim!

Exactly as advertised

Tim and Kathy are gracious and knowledgeable hosts with a wealth of local information. The lovely two story suite has a great ocean view from the patio and all amenities including full kitchen and laundry were immaculate. Central OB is a nice quirky neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and nightlife. San Diego attractions are all within 15-30 minutes by car

Tim and Kathy were exceptional hosts and introduced themselves on day one of their stay. They showed us the additional amenities that they provide to their guests and shared their amazing story of how they came to live in this amazing ocean town. We have visited OB before and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The unobstructed ocean view was relaxing and we got to see some beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed. We will be back to OB and definitely back to this rental!

A nice weekend with an ocean view

We were hoping to relax near the Pacific for the last weekend of a hectic three-week trip, and this home delivered! It was just the right size for the two of us. We loved the big-screen tv and the ocean view from the bedroom. The host was friendly and helpful. We cooked and ate all meals there. Only small issues: lots of stairs (best to include that in your VRBO description), old, worn, stained towels and pillows, and a very moldy shower curtain. However, none of those things detracted from our lovely, quiet weekend! Thank you for a great stay!

A place with great ocean view and location. Owners are very helpful and great in communication. There was a bit of struggle in parking as it is very narrow street and parking space was cramped. Property definitely needs a deep cleaning. Sheets, Sofa, Towels, Kitchen towels, Utensils, rugs were very old and had dirty spots from years of use. Owners should definitely replace all those.
