Ocean Front 2 bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Whitewater views from 3rd floor and south facing (quiet side) condo. 2 ocean view balconies. Parking spot in garage and secure building. 2 elevators, & community hot tub. Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.

Very clean condo, located right on the beach, but on the quiet side of the building. Gorgeous view, everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

2nd Wonderful stay

Stayed here last year and had to return. Unit is very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is convenient to restaurants, bars, food stores and shopping. Also an easy drive to local attractions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Perfect location.

This property is wonderful. We were there for a week and enjoyed walking EVERYWHERE as it's located on the boardwalk, as pictured. Easy walk to downtown Pacific Beach shops & restaurants and only steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. The view and location was fabulous. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Chris was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend.

Winter getaway

The location was perfect. Out the door and a few steps to the beach and restaurants. Grocery store 2 blocks away. So nice to have parking. The condo was comfy for the two of us. Just had some noise issues with remodel going on right above us.

Property was fantastic - great location for walking to shops, coffee and restaurants. Right on the beach-walk so easy access to fun by the water! The condo was clean, has been updated and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Hoping to make it back in the future!

Chris was awesome. Sent email prior to check in explaining process to enter. Really can not beat the location. Had everything we needed cvs across the street and market within walking distance. Really enjoyed being out on the balcony.

Amazing Getaway!

This condo was the perfect place to spend Spring Break! It had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the ocean to watch the sunrise, sunset, and surfers. The location is ideal to walk down to the beach, shopping, and restaurants as well as a short drive to attractions and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot

Beautiful stay in this laid back flat with a killer view. Everything we could need, including the best location by the boardwalk, fully stocked kitchen, soft beds, great sheets, good coffee maker, and a simple and seamless check in and check out. Thanks to Chris for being responsive and gracious. The parking spot was a bonus - our Turo was secure overnight. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This property is located in an excellent area within walking distance to restaurants, food stores and the essential liquor. It also is in easy driving distance to all the points of interest in San Diego. It’s very clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our party of four (4) adults. The property was close to beach and restaurants and bars. Very younger age groups vs family oriented. Loud all night long with windows open since no AC. Building was clean and safe. Condo had all we needed.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed four nights here beginning one day after the "hurricane" blew through. Lots of fun things to do. Excellent Mexican restaurant one block away. Boardwalk. Pier is fun. Easy access to downtown, Old Town, etc. Very clean and well provided.
