This was the best location!! You are so close to the water but not too close to the boardwalk where everyone who walks by is watching you. The views of the water are amazing and the studio had just enough space for us two. Owners were responsive and helpful!

A slice of heaven

Nice Place, superb view

Lovely place to stay if wanting to be right on the beach. The view is beautiful, canā€™t beat that. I think itā€™s more for a solo person than a couple but we made it work. Sleeping with the sliding doors open was nice to feel the breeze & it kept the place cool since there is no AC. Had access to a lot in walking distance & that was nice. The tub/shower is challenging getting in & out of & the beach chairs definitely need to be replaced. We didnā€™t use them because the arms were damaged & the chairs(one of them ) was rusted

Beautiful View of Ocean/Beach. We loved that all of the sliders opened up to make you feel and hear all of the Ocean Breeze and noises. The Murphy bed was comfortable and easy to use. The kitchen had everything we need to cook in. The quality of supplies was excellent. Everything was clean and upgraded. The Bathtub/Shower is a little difficult to get in and out of.

Beach relaxation

Small but comfortable unit. Nice ocean view and breeze. We used the grill and outside seating area a lot. We did have a few issues when we checked in but the host was prompt with our concerns. The two negatives would be the patio lounge chairs which are falling apart and need to be replaced. Smoke detector beeped on and off and was never addressed. It stopped after the second night. Lots of flies this year, it's was our 4th year and never had a fly problem in the past.

Nice, but here are suggestions for Great !

Nice modern unit for 2 w great location for in the middle of strip, people friendly, great weather; Would be better if: clearer directions to unit/pkg space map too small. No lighting on ground floor or steps or interior hallway, unsafe for all, esp. seniors. Also tub height unsafe. need fluffier newer towels. Tourist book needs updating (no websites, closures). 2 cracked glasses - modern melamine dishes would be better for outside dining. not enough hooks/hangers or places for wet swimware - this is a beach trip!. provide luggage racks for luggage. No TV service ever reached, barely Netflix. Thanks for Arnie contact info, he responded to door lock issue - needs oiling and rusty lockbox . Thanks for beach chairs and towels. Met cleaning crew and thanked them. Thank you.

Unfortunately the key to front door was very hard to work. The lock in the bathroom didnā€™t work at all and the ladder to go up to the other bed was very tuff for my Brother it would be more efficient if there was some type of Handel to hold on to especially coming dow that I did find dangerous. And unfortunately because all the apartments are separately owned. There seems miscommunication. We were there 3 nites and every nite there were people out by the grill area being loud until 12 pm. That was definite annoying, and the tub was not to my liking. My brother took a shower and said the water was so hot. Would not coo down. Also there are no lights going down the walkway to stairs and no lighting Going up the stair which is also dangerous.your property was situated great a great view the sound of the waves was also incredible.
