Also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, AC, in unit washer dryer along with an inviting outdoor space to relax. Designated free parking spot included! All in the extremely walkable North Park area, close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions like the zoo and Balboa Park.

There are a total of four units on this property. This is a duplex with 1 shared wall between the two units. Outdoor seating area is shared with next door tenants.
