This is the perfect launching point to exploring San Diego, and coming home to this beautifully appointed home in this location is second to none. Centrally located in San Diego, nestled between Little Italy and Old Town in Lower Mission Hills—just minutes away from the airport and downtown. Take advantage of the various outdoor spaces and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the San Diego Harbor and city skyline views just at the end of the street. Steps away from the famous Starlite Restaurant, voted one of San Diego's best restaurants, and The Aero Club, a local favorite for their extensive whiskey selection, pool tables and pinball.
With so many people working from home, we designed a designated work space for our guests, and installed a mesh-wifi network with 600+ mbps download speed - plenty to run Zoom calls, watch Netflix, play Spotify, and connect 50+ devices at the same time.
You'll love the way this home lives, with the large living room area with views of the Hills and plenty of natural light for relaxing and entertainment set away from both bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a large king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom includes two full-sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The space is also maximized with a large sectional couch with fold out queen bed / sleeper. There are modern finishes throughout, a table for 4, designated desk, living room with large 65 inch TV, and private balcony area with loungers & coffee table. In addition, there is a large backyard patio with plenty of chairs, umbrella, gas stainless-steel BBQ grill, firepit, and more. Guest access Guests have full access to backyard with large patio area and private balcony with views of the hills. We really enjoyed our stay!! Great location, close to all the places that we had planned to visit. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The place was really cozy, clean and big enough for our party of 7 :)
the place was nice and clean but the listing was not accurate with the description of the property. when i checked in the host notified me that the backyard and laundry was off limits. i booked the place because it said birthday celebrations were welcome and because the backyard and laundry. it would’ve been nice to be notified of this before checking into the place. other than that the place was very pretty and comfortable and in a great location.
This Place has been one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed at. Stinky and broken dishwasher which wouldn’t stop beeping all night long. Shower’s water pressure low, and shower’s doorframe was nasty. Located super close to airport and railways , loud noises all night long. I had asked previously to property manager about noise due to location near the airport and railway and property manager lied and stated it’s “tucked in” so I wouldn’t hear anything. I Communicated some concerns to property manager as soon as I got there and he just told me to “cancel reservation if I didn’t like it”. My family and I were traveling from out of town with nowhere else to stay so cancelling was not an option. He didn’t even try to hear me out. The place advertises that is for 8 people but there’s only enough silverware and dishware for 4. The kitchen table was so uncomfortable that only 2 people can sit in there. There was not even enough toilet paper for one night for a party of 8, less than half a roll in the house. Zero communication on how to put together the “queen bed” in living room. The outside patio was messy and someone else’s wetsuits lying in the patio. Not private like advertised. No washer or dryer in unit. No cleaning products in the home. Very basic utensils in kitchen. The house overall is very old, very dirty and lacks all the basic necessities to be a comfortable rental.
