Great Family House
We stayed here for a long weekend away with our kids and another family with young kids. The house was great for the two families and was walking distance from most things that we wanted to do in Pacific Beach. There were a number of kids books, outdoor games, and other things that our kids had a great time with. There was also a door between the bedroom area and the LR area, which helped with noise when people woke up on different schedules and when the adults wanted to hang out after bedtimes.

Amazing stay near the beach!
We had the best stay here! The house was so comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids under 2) and a friend couple! It had all the baby gear you could need - high chair, crib, stroller, toys - and beach gear you need! The outdoor space is also perfect for families especially after you put the kids to sleep. Super clean and pictures don’t do the space justice! The location is also amazing for walks to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and shops. We’re already trying to book a trip back in a few months.

Pre-Christmas vacation at the beach
This house was very spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable vacation. It’s just a block to the Ocean Walk biking/walking trail. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was recently remodeled and the private backyard was an added bonus with the hot tub & putting green. Our hosts were gracious & quick to respond to our questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Family Trip
We went to visit our son who lives in CA. The house was in a perfect location and just the right size for our family. It had all the amenities needed to make our stay even better. Beds were super comfy and I loved the large shower near the primary bedroom. My son loved the mini golf area. Check in and check out was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the San Diego area.

Great Time in PB!
This house is wonderful! The kitchen is very well stocked and the 3 king bedrooms were just what we needed for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The only problem we encountered was when we ran the hot tub and the AC unit at the same time (the weather was quite warm while we were there) it would blow the breaker.

Great way to start summer
Fabulous house and location. Plenty of beds and rooms for 7 adults. The spa and putting green were a hit along with all the beach equipment in the garage. Very quiet at night. Groceries within 2 miles and all attractions in SD 15-20 min at most. We had a great time!!

Fantastic stay in PB
We had a fantastic stay with family ages 14-81! Plenty of space and comfortable spaces. I looked a long time to find a house that fit 9 people and had dining tables to fit all at one table. This house has 2-1 outdoor and 1 indoor. The kitchen has everything you would want. The back space is perfect for hanging out, eating, hot tubbing and golf! Thank you for a luxurious stay!

Beautiful Home in North Pacific Beach
Our family of 5 stayed here for my niece's wedding in La Jolla. Great location, spacious, super clean and fully stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home is immaculate!! The backyard is just as nice. We loved using the hot tub and the putting green. Very quiet neighborhood and a close walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in San Diego.

Amazing for families!
We stayed there with my in-laws. We had a 1, 7 & 9 year old. It was wonderful having all the strollers, highchair, crib and toys for the infant at hand without needing to fly with them. There were also a ton of books for the older kids. It was an easy walk to the beach, close proximity to tons of restaurants and a nice neighborhood. Already talking about going back in the summer.

Great Beach week
Had a great family vacation. Walked to the beach to see the sunset every night. Convenient access to the beach and touristy locations. House was equipped really well including the kitchen. Walkable to coffee and restaurants. Would stay again!

Nice, family friendly home near the beach
Very enjoyable experience staying at the house. We had a wonderful time. It was nice to have stuff for my grandkids to use (high chair, toys, pack and play) so they could enjoy the vacation. It was also nice to have the stuff to use at the beach so we didn't need to find stuff.

Perfect place to stay near the beach in San Diego. 2 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Had all the conveniences of home (laundry, coffee and expresso machines, DVDs and internet access). Made even better with the provision of boogie boards and other items specially for the beach. Will book again if going to the city.

Celebrate a Grandchild
Being so close to the beach was outstanding! We didn’t have a car, but were able to get Lyft rides as we needed them. The house was Homey and comfortable. Grandkids 12 and 17, parents in their early 50s and grandpa in his late 70s all enjoyed the house and the neighborhood!

Fun in the sun
Our family of 9, 8 adults and 1 child, spent an August week in this house. It was fantastic! The house is what it promises to be. The bedrooms are all a little bit separated which was great for privacy and quiet. It is fully set up for babies and children. The only thing we wished for was some throw blankets. The indoor hot tub is a little odd and we didn't use it as much as we would have if it had been outside. There were beach chairs, towels, and toys, with a wagon to haul it all to the beach, which is about 4 blocks away. There are also coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were friendly and obliging. We had a great trip!

Pure fun in Pacific Beach!
This house was even better in person! I read several reviews before booking and many described how well this house was equipped and comfortable for kids and adults and this was 100% accurate! Myself, husband and two boys (11 and 3) as well as in laws all stayed here and there was plenty of space for us all! The location was excellent with dining in walking distance or short drive away. Same with the beaches...so close! If we needed a house of this size, we would return here in a heartbeat! Beds were comfortable, and we really had everything we needed! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay!

Great property for kids
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room. The amenities for kids and infants were great and a huge help to us as this was our first time traveling with our one-year-old daughter. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the beach and a short walk or drive to plenty of restaurants and stores. Parking on the street was mostly fine, occasionally it got a little crowded but we never needed to use the garage and it was nice to have that as an option. We highly recommend this property and plan to stay there again.

Perfect location in Pacific Beach
I highly recommend this gem of a home due to it’s location and ease of communication with the owners. The home is well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and great floor plan. Pros: The description on the site is meticulous and matches reality. The check-in and check-out documentation is perfect and the owner is super responsive at all times. You can’t beat this location about 2.5 blocks from Pacific Beach and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It’s conveniently located about 10-15 mins from the airport and major tourist spots such as the Zoo, Sea World and Old town.

Our family of ten - 3 couples, great grandmother, a 9, 4, & 19 mos old - fit easily into the great layout of this home. The kitchen is huge! The backyard is large enough for the kids with an outdoor table for everyone else. Having all the bedrooms on one side of the house made different sleep schedules easily manageable. The amount of baby, toddler, and child amenities are amazing - from the strollers (one of which is a double), to the inside toys and games, to the beach toys, and movies kept our kids entertained. We will definitely book here again.

Great stay in a kid friendly rental
We vacationed with my in laws and our two children and all had a fantastic time. The house had everything you would need and was great for children. It was only a short walk from the beach, lots of restaurants, coffee and anything you would need. I really liked having stroller options and lots of childrens toys and books. They had a stocked kitchen though we didn't do much eating at the house as there was so much good food around. Owner and property manager had excellent communication and provided recommendations via email and within the house. There was ample street parking which was good as our rental car was low riding and had difficulty with the garage. We all would gladly stay here again.

Excellent place for a beach stay
Great house that was very accommodating for kids. Nice yard to play in and only About a block from a not very busy beach. Also only a 10-15 min walk to downtown pb shops and restaurants. Communication with host was also excellent. Highly Recommend.

Awesome place.
This place was wonderful for the family. It had everything we needed and was super close to all the shops and beach. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and checked on us via email during our stay. Highly recommend for families, especially little ones. We will return :)

Perfect Family Beach Vacation
My partner and I and four of our teen boys stayed at the house. Location was ideal - we were two blocks off of PB - could take a nice long stroll to MB and La Jolla. Lots to do in the neighborhood for the boys. And about 20 min drive from any tourist things we wanted to do in San Diego. House was well kept - and amazingly quite in the Master with the sliding glass door opened all night. Thanks for the stay! We will definitely rebook! Jenny

Perfect family get-away!
We brought the whole family to this perfect San Diego house just a couple blocks from the beach. My wife and I plus our 3 adult children, daughter in-law an 3 grandkids (1,3 and 6 y/o) all stayed in the house with plenty of room for all. There were beach toys, wagons, strollers, books and other toys and box games for all. It was an easy walk to the beach and easy access to all the San Diego sights. It even had a hot tub! It really was the perfect family get-away and looking forward to a return trip (as are the grand kids)!

Good location parking can be difficult
Overall this was a great place to stay. However over the 4th of July weekend parking for more than one car was tough. We ended up parking several blocks away and using a public scooter to get the car. Owner was very prompt to correct any issues

Amazing location, lovely home
We absolutely loved our stay! Stephanie was an incredible host, extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was located on a beautiful, quiet street, while still being in perfect proximity to the beach and shops/ restaurants (a quick walk). We would definitely stay again!!!
