Amazing Property

Very clean and updated. Nice amenities and great location. Perfect for families with the beach park nearby. Close to many San Diego attractions. It felt like it was a safe neighborhood.

Good location

Being able to walk down to a beach was a huge plus for us, to keep the kids entertained. And the fact it's a park on sail bay rather than the over-crowded mission beach, can be a huge plus.

Great location.

We had a nice stay. Location was super central. The bikes were awesome and we used them every day. The beach equipment was also a great bonus. Place was clean and great space for family of four.

Close to the beach!

Close to the the beach. Nice breeze coming in from all the windows. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and such. Really nice having a driveway parking spot as the street parking can get crazy as it’s near the beach. Owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Recommend!

Clean 2 bedroom in a great location.

The apartment is located on the top floor and there is an elevator to assist with bringing your bags up/down or if you have mobility issues. We could watch the nightly SeaWorld fireworks from the rooftop deck and walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and gets a nice cross breeze, no AC was needed. The beach supplies in the garage were very useful (cart, chairs, etc.) Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again!

Close to the beach

Very nice home and close to everything. Walking distance to the beach and a place to park which is hard to find. Well stocked home, had everything we needed. Only down side is that it’s on the 3rd floor and no functioning elevator. Coming and going was difficult on my friend who recently had a hip replacement. Be prepared to carry everything up 3 flights.

Clean and close to the beach

I’ll be honest, the outside appearance is a bit deceiving. But this spot is located in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is literally a few minutes walk away! Once we were inside we realized none of the appearance outside mattered. It was all very clean and gave off a very homey feeling. It was nicely decorated with each room having a little theme. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with items we needed and the beach items in the garage are very convenient! It was my parents first time staying at a house for a vacation and they truly enjoyed it! Needless to say, we’ll be back here again for any future trips planned!

Late winter 2024 stay at Time to Coast

Previous reviewers have mentioned the bland appearance of the building exterior but one needs to get past that. The building is secure and even though there is an elevator we only used it when moving our luggage. The inside of the condo unit is excellent. Both bedrooms with the adjoining bathrooms are spacious, no tiny 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has all of the necessary dishes silverware and cooking utensils. Plenty of bath linens. In addition to the popular streaming services there is also basic cable TV which is nice for a quick check of the news or a current TV show. Pacific Beach is a very walkable residential neighborhood and this unit is only a block from the bay. It is possible to get a 4-5 mile walk along the bay and ocean with crossing a city street only once or twice. The beach cruiser bikes in the garage were more than adequate though a more serious rider may want to upgrade. We've rented several different units in the Pacific Beach area and this is a condo that we would rent again.

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter. The apartment was lovely and clean. It was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent. It had everything we needed. We hope to come back again sometime.

Wonderful stay

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The information you receive will say you need to purchase some necessities, but we stayed 3 nights and found there to be everything we needed. The towels were still a bit wet from laundry, and they had been folded and put in the closet that way.

We had such a great stay at Adrienne's place. The apartment is easy to find, super clean and the rooftop deck was one of our favorite parts. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the bay and a 3 minute drive to Mission Beach (you could definitely walk or ride a bike if you wanted to). There is no ac but, there are multiple fans provided so between that and having the windows open, it was super comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Having bikes to ride on an early morning along the beach path and stopping for breakfast along the way was a highlight.

Nice and comfy 2 bedroom apartment

Apartment is modern and update. Lovely decor and well stocked. Beds were nice and comfy. Outside looks a little run down when you first drive up but once you are in the apartment you forget all that. Perfect location. Only a block to the bay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk as well as the washer and dryer. Communication from Adrienne could have been better. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place close to everything

Stayed here with my family, and was happy with the unit. Very clean place, and close to beach and San Diego attractions. Parking spot available and also scooters out front for rent(Bird, Spin). Everything you could need for a vacation.
