    Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...

    3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.

    Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.

    Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.

    Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.

    2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.

    Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.

    Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.

    In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

Please wash all dishes, pots, pans etc... Empty all trash into either the blue recycle bins or the black trash bins on the driveway.

Please return the furniture to the original location if moved. If the sleeper sofa was used, please strip the sheets on the sleeper sofa so we will know that it was used during your visit.

Place all used towels in the wicker baskets in the closets. Lock all doors and windows, leave 1 house key & 1 bicycle key on kitchen table, use the 2nd house key to lock up and replace in the lock box

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house is spectacular with its numerous kitchen amenities, plentiful towels and soaps, two comfy family rooms, and spacious outdoor seating area. We booked this place for the Christmas holiday and it was great! It had everything we needed: linens, kitchen gadgets/cookware, and we even took the bikes out for a grocery run to Trader Joe's! The key box was a bit of a challenge when we first checked in, but Eric was prompt with calling us and giving us a little hack to get it onen. Highly recommend this place!

The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet with plenty of living space. The kitchen is very well equipped for dining in, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, too. Fun in San Diego!
