City Skyline Hideaway Victorian Architecture 1 Bed

  • This newly refurbished, cute 420 sqft one bedroom is centrally- located- close to downtown, Petco Park, Balboa Park, the convention center and to Coronado island. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a tub.

    The unit has its own upstairs entrance off a patio with great views of downtown and the Coronado bridge. There's a community backyard and the owner is on-sight for quick questions and help. This is a family residential complex so no parties or loud music.

    We can allow one guest to sleep on the couch if there is a family with a kid that needs an extra sleeping space. Its not really suitable for an adult to sleep on that couch
