This is a wonderful property! It was spacious and close to everything we wanted to do- zoo, El Coronado, and trip back to La Jolla.Beds/room were cozy. Would highly consider staying here again when in this area of CA!
The house was beautiful and in a great location. Having the garage to park in really helped since there was no street parking. I would rent this home again.
My 6 friends and I stayed for 2 nights when we attended a concert at Petco stadium. The location was convenient. The house was modern and very pretty. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We would stay here again.
This property was a perfect location for our family. Clean, spacious, plenty of equipment in the kitchen, and a good location to get to everything in town. We loved the decks, the living room and the spacious kitchen. The owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Everything was great.

The property is very close to SDSU and most major San Diego attractions. It is a multi level home so if you have loved ones with mobility issues it will be a lot of stairs. It is a very large space, wnough for a large group of people. Very Nice stay overall!
Beautiful home in great location. Lots of space and really nice view with back deck. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so we only stayed one night but we enjoyed the house. Please note the listing says laundry but the room says its not for guest use.
Beautiful home - looks just like photos, even better. The house has the perfect setup for a family stay - open space, good size rooms and good outside space. I only wish we had blackout curtains, as we’re not early risers. We’d definitely book again.
The photos don't lie! Beautifully appointed; plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. Lots of room to gather together or find a quiet spot all your own. We enjoyed the decks and their comfortable furnishings and the spa-like master bath. Wish we had more time to stay!

House and property was exactly what you want/need for a trip to SD. Prop mngr was very responsive and available. The interior of the home was immaculate. More than expected for a rental home. Definitely recommend and will stay again.
Having stayed at multiple VRBO's, a new bar has been set with this home! Not only was it beautifully decorated and modernized, the owner provided every possibly amenity you could ask for! There is NOT A THING I would suggest to improve upon this place. And, the location was within very reasonable travel time to various family activities.
The house was very clean and neat. Everything was easy to figure out. Location was convenient. The street was very tight in terms of entering and exiting property’s driveway/garage. The king bed was extremely soft so if you prefer a firmer bed keep that in mind. One of the beds in the other room was firmer, though. Loved the bathtub. Used it every day.Overall, loved the house. I do wish that you were able to use washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again and tecommend to visitors.
10/10 would reccommend. 5 ladies stayed at this house for a 3 day getaway for a bachelorette weekend. The house was gorgeous with a full kitchen and large living area we could all enjoy. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the back porch as well as comfortable couches for movie nights. We also felt safe in the neighborhood. We had more than enough beds for comfortable sleeping arrangement in the home and linens for us all to have beds and to shower. There are also provided quality shampoo and conditioner and soap soap products provided in gorgeous bathrooms.

Overall good stay
There were issues with the gas stove- when lighting it wouldnt spark and when it worked, the entire house smelt like gas.
Back door on main floor doesnt lock, it was a security issue.
Bedding was a bit dirty in one room.
The location was good and the stay was okay aside from these issues. I would stay here again just be aware.
We booked this property to be close to family living in the area as well as close enough to visit the attractions in San Diego. Home was beautiful with great views. There was plenty of room to stretch out for my family of 5 with kids 9-14yo. The bathrooms were fancy as my son said it was the best shower he’s ever been in and would gladly take more showers if we had the rainfall shower heads as well. I was initially concerned about it being loud since it is pretty close to SDSU but our street was very quiet. It was an easy drive to the Safari Park as well as the beaches. We went to Coronado, Mission, and LaJolla. Great communication with the owner and easy check in and check out.
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. About 15-20 minute drive to the zoo, the gas lamp district and restaurants. Roomy, with high-end amenities. We were very pleased. Two minor issues to consider: bedrooms are downstairs (and one sleeping area only has a curtain for privacy) so those staying up late need to walk softly and be really quiet after others have gone to bed. Also, if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance, plan to park on the street as you won't be able to get into the driveway without scraping the bottom of your car.
