Our private beach volleyball court right on the property — one of the only private beach volleyball courts available in a prime beach neighborhood. Thoughtfully Designed Layout Main Floor: Enter into a bright living space with two large pull-out couches, a big TV, and spectacular San Diego views. A couple of stairs lead to the expansive dining area (seats 12 comfortably — watch your step!). The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, with easy access to the back door. Off the dining area you’ll find two bedrooms (King + bunk room), a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, the washer/dryer, and stairs to the second floor. Second Floor: Three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony with sweeping views. Two King bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, while the primary suite has its own luxurious ensuite. The large balcony is ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze. Beach Volleyball Court Rules We’re excited to offer this rare private beach volleyball court on the property! To keep the court safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these important rules: Hours of Use: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. No use after 8 PM. Use at your own risk. Absolutely no pets allowed on the court or on the bottom/main level of the home. This is not a pet-relief area. Any evidence of pets on the court or lower level will result in an additional cleaning fee. No glass of any kind (bottles, cups, etc.) on or around the court. Violators will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Any trash left on the court or surrounding area will result in an additional cleaning or disposal fee. No swinging, pulling, or abusing the net — treat the court and equipment with care. We have installed netting to create a safer environment — please be mindful of neighboring homes and do your best to keep balls from going over the netting. Wash off all sand from your feet and body before entering the home. Remove shoes with cleats or heavy footwear before stepping onto the court. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Clean up after every use: remove all balls, trash, and personal items. Leave the court ready for the next guests. Please respect neighboring homes — keep noise and cheering at a reasonable volume.
These rules help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all future guests. Violations may result in loss of court privileges and/or additional fees. We hope you create amazing memories playing volleyball during your stay!
PLEASE NOTE: The a/c is only on the main level of the home and is controlled through multiple mini-splits. There are no mini-splits on the second level of the home.

PROPERTY RULES: 1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. 2. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. 3. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 4. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. 5. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. 7. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. 6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old. 7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. 14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer! We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

This was the perfect spot for a group of 11 girls! There were a lot of beds, great group hangout areas, and stunning views! Everything was great! Walking distance to sunset cliffs too!
We had a wonderful time at this beach mansion! The manager was kind enough to accommodate early luggage drop off and they were very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for walking to Ocean Beach restaurants and places like downtown or Pacific Beach were just a 15 minute drive. This was the perfect place for my best friends and I to relax and let loose. Bonus points for the amazing sunset views on the balcony!
We were able to drop off luggage before check-in time. The host was very responsive. The house is really nice with plenty of space for our group. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked! They had cups/glasses for every type of drink you please lol. Location was great and not far from the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again!
It was a great property and location. Newly renovated. Awesome views of the ocean sunset and Sea World fireworks from the rooftop balcony. There were a few items in the house that needed repair, but our contact Scott helped to resolve as much as he could. One suggestion, there should be TVs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms.

The location was ideal for accessing local attractions, and the home itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. It was particularly well-suited for our children. A standout was the host's exceptional communication and flexibility; they made the check-in and check-out process seamless and stress-free. We will absolutely be booking again on our next visit!

Just okay
The house was sufficient for our purposes. The title should be in process of remodeling. There were several items not completed. The plumbing was an issue. The ice machine in the refrigerator is not connected. The yard is not finished. Also, you should be warned that the house sits under the flight pattern of the 6:30am flights out of San Diego. The windows are not sound proofed. I would have been disappointed if I had rented for a week. It was a great size and good kitchen for my appetizer gathering of 11 people.
