Amazing Host and Location

This is the place I stay at whenever I’m in SD. It’s steps from the beach and right next to restaurants and bars. Adam is an amazing host as well and is quick to answer any questions I have. I look forward to staying again.

Cozy stay in Mission Beach

This studio was very clean and cozy, just a block from the beach, a short walk to several cute restaurants, and a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. The included parking space is definitely tight but super helpfu! We also appreciated the little outdoor shower to rinse sand off our feet. The neighborhood was a bit noisy on the weekend-- not a fault of the property manager, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with a younger child. My 12 year old and I enjoyed staying here!

Enjoyable stay for our family Spring Break trip!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was so close to the beach! It was a great, central location for anywhere we wanted to go. Adam, the host, was super responsive the few times we reached out.The parking space is small -- but we were able to fit our Chevy Malibu rental car by backing in and folding in the mirrors. It was nice to have a guaranteed space to park.The studio is small but functional. There is a bed and a futon. The place was clean. And it was very nice to have a patio area to sit and relax in.The location near the beach was perfect. The neighborhood wasn't bad -- but it's tight so if someone was parked in the alley way, it made it difficult to park, you could hear things going on at the neighbors (the house next to us was being worked on and I was woken up one morning by hammering), and the home had thin walls so we could hear the people in the other unit coming and going and dropping things on the floor. It wasn't bad, but it reminded you that you weren't alone.

Cozy bungalow

Stayed her for the weekend and it was very close to the beach and great restaurants/bars and shops. Bungalow is decorated so cute! Very nice stay.

Cute & Relaxing Cottage

Loved how the cottage had an outside eating area, a parking space, and was steps to the beach! Great location and excellent communication with property management! I will be back!

We reserved the beach house for 10 days, we left after five days. There was so much noise from the renters on the second floor we had to leave. There was no stove. The house directly across the front deck is a burned out hulk wrapped in black plastic and chain-link fence. There are no pictures of that in the ad.
