Beach house in South Mission Beach

  • The perfect oceanfront beach house with spectacular views. Amazing front yard on the boardwalk! The vacation home is 1500 square feet located on the upper second floor of a two unit duplex. Located south of the crowds and historic Belmont Park, yet close enough to join in on the fun.

    The spacious furnished living room has vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Large sliding glass doors open to fill the entire house with dramatic views of the sand, Mission Beach ocean, Point Loma and sunsets with the fresh ocean breeze pouring in!

    The master bedroom has a king size gel foam bed (facing the beach), HD flat screen TV and its own gas fireplace for those quiet chilly nights. A second, middle bedroom has two full size gel foam beds and HD Flatscreen TV. A third bedroom has a king size bed and an HD flat screen TV. All the main rooms and bedrooms in the house have remote control mood lighting with ceiling fans and a forced air Heating and Air Conditioning system throughout!

    The parking spot available is big enough to fit a large SUV/truck or two medium size cars or smaller SUVs.

    Cable TV with movie channels and the fastest secured cable wireless internet connection is supplied to enhance your entertainment.
