This large, upscale condo features a panoramic view of beautiful Mission Bay. A large glass sliding door opens up onto a balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Enjoy watching the sail boats, windsurfers, water skiiers and more!
This home comes furnished with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Enjoy many of the beach activities by day and watch the beautiful lights by night, while relaxing in front of our fireplace and taking in a DVD from our library.

Fabulous getaway!
We had a wonderful time staying here. We visit San Diego often but this was a first stay at this location. The unit was immaculate and the attention to detail great (plush towels, very comfortable king size bed). The owner responded quickly and resolved one glitch we had at check in. The view on the patio was phenomenal. We walked to many restaurants but mainly enjoyed walking the bay. We had a wonderful time!

Winter get away
We really loved the place. The location was great, close enough to everything but far enough so not to be in the hustle bustle. The only bad thing I would say was that the radiant heat in the ceiling was hard to control. We just opened the balcony door for some cool bay air and it was fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Endless Entertainment
It was great! We were endlessly entertained by the view and all it entailed. We watched many forms of water sport/activity, lots and lots of bikers, joggers, dog walkers, shore and water birds, a seal, beach volleyball and sunsets. The location was great and the unit contained everything we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels felt luxurious. Our host Robin was great and having a garage space made coming and going very easy. There are grocery stores nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed not having to eat out all the time. It's a great place for a walk along the bay and very easy to get over to the ocean to enjoy the waves and activity. We were mostly visiting family but also enjoyed the Birch Aquarium at Scripps which was an easy drive and of course La Jolla, including a lovely patio lunch with a great view at Shores restaurant.

Sunny & Views of Sail Bay
Nicely appointed one bed/one bath condo on 2nd floor of private sail bay front complex. Gated entrance to parking garage w/one spot, 2 bikes, beach chairs/boogie boards, etc. Walk out from garage to Sail bay beach or take the two bikes for day long rides.
King bed w/a small AC unit, ample closets & pillows, full large bath w/soaking tub & shower. Towels are large & fluffy. Full kitchen w/all cooking utensils (including an ample supply of Pyrex casserole dishes) as we needed many for our TG dinner.
Sunset views & even better view of fireworks. Quite serene to sit on balcony for dinner or b-fast & enjoy the many activities on the bay or bike path.
Robin is extremely courteous & helpful & prompt w/responses. WIll stay there again.

HOA issues
First, the views of Mission Bay were fantastic with so many activities to watch and participate if you are younger. The Garage opener did not work at first, the elevators did not work and were shut down overnight for repairs. We were told 4 days prior that there was construction going on next door. We were given alternative options that did not accommodate us on short notice. The street was under construction the entire time with noise and inconvenience. The owner was receptive but these situations were not conducive to someone walking with a cane and needing an elevator. it may be the HOA, the time of year, not sure.

Happy Anniversary
This is our third time we have stayed at your place! We love the view and the location. We enjoyed riding bikes, watching the people on the walkway and going kyacking. We also enjoyed the beach and the shops and the food!!! We went to Old Town and enjoyed great Mexican food and intertainment.
