Live the life of luxury in our centrally located, newly built Cape Cod in the exclusive neighborhood of Mission Hills. Lounge on the deck and enjoy the sunset over Point Loma and warm ocean breezes. Watch Navy and cruise ships traverse San Diego Bay as one of the most active ports on the west coast. Marvel over the top of Heritage Square and its historic homes from the balcony. Walk to Presidio Park for a quick game of soccer or Old Town, the birthplace of California, for margaritas and delicious Mexican food. Also, very close to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot (MCRD) and we love hosting our military families.

The bright and airy home has windows and sliding glass doors throughout every room overlooking spectacular views. Two master suites with large closets and ample space make it easy to travel with multiple adults, plus an additional bedroom with twin beds is perfect for children. The bathrooms have been newly renovated with a double vanity in the master bathroom, tub available in the hallway bathroom, and new shower in the second ensuite bathroom.

The well-equipped home comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable living room, making this a perfect sanctuary to relax or a launch pad for an active family vacation.

Families will love the close proximity of two neighborhood parks, as well as major San Diego attractions, including Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission Bay and Beach, Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter and many more. Mission Hills is a very walkable community with coffee houses, restaurants, and shops close by. Conveniently located close to two freeways (I5 and I8), La Jolla, Del Mar, Legoland and the Wild Animal Park are short trips. Even Mexico is only 20 minutes!

The Mission Hills Cape Cod is a non-smoking environment. Mission Hills is a residential area and parties are not allowed. Please note this is a single level guest area (1,500 sq ft.) at the bottom of our family home that requires approximately 12 stairs to access. As it is located on a hill, the home enjoys unparalleled views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Old Town, etc. and includes a private deck.

Stellar house in an amazing location! Great views!

We had a lovely time and the house was perfect. My family and friends stayed here for San Diego Comic Con and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything, the view every morning while we caffeinated was wonderful and my daughter cannot stop talking about it. The rooms were cool and comfortable and the living space was great for hanging out! The owner was very communicative and helped set our minds at ease!

A+ views, perfect location

My friends and I were in town for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for us! Clean, updated, well-appointed home with STUNNING views and very central location. We constantly joked that everything was ‘15 minutes away’ and it was!!! We each had our own bedroom and bath and parking was super easy. Loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds go by. Jaime was a very receptive host… when we had a problem with the coffee maker she addressed it right away. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The location was amazing. Our first time visiting San Diego and it was very easy to get to the Zoo, Petco Park, Little Italy, the Harbor and many other attractions. The home was beautiful. The views were stunning. We had a van as a rental and we were concerned about parking but we didn’t have a single issue! The owner was very friendly. They took the time to introduce themselves via message and when we saw them one night they said hello and asked if we needed anything! They left instructions in the home for the property. They had plenty of supplies in the house such as toilet paper and soap. Many rentals leave only one roll. I would stay at this location every time I visited SD. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Girl's Getaway

Stunning property! This gorgeous house was the perfect place for 4 adult women to get away (even though we are locals) and celebrate a 50th birthday. The house itself is clean, organized, decorated to perfection, includes all the amenities you could want, and was the absolutely ideal for our time together. The 3 bedrooms are spacious, the closet space in each is generous, the bathrooms are great-excellent water pressure in the showers. Beds are comfortable, sofa is cozy, kitchen is functional. The fact that there is also a full-length deck and laundry room is bonus. The neighborhood is super quiet (again our apologies for being outside after 9 pm) and parking was not a problem at all. Easiest communication with the property owner of any VRBO I've ever stayed at even let us check in early because the property was ready. Many of the selling points were: 1. Checkout was noon instead of 10 am. We did not feel rushed at all. 2. Three separate bedrooms with bathrooms. 3. Pricing was affordable for our group. 4. Proximity to freeway and downtown. 5. Ease of location and parking. 6. Courtesy and communication with owner. 7. Well-maintained grounds and home. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will be recommending this property to everyone.

This house was the perfect spot to stay for our son’s graduation from US Marine boot camp at MCRD. Beautiful views from the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and very clean.

Truly spectacular accommodations!

I cannot possibly overstate how BLESSED I feel to have stayed 5 nights at Jaime and her family's guest home in San Diego. The location, the accommodations, the view...absolutely everything was 5+ stars! We booked these accommodations 15 months in advance of our daughter's wedding, which took place at the Junipero Serra Museum, (in the same as neighborhood) in Presidio Park. The entire weekend was truly magical and the privilege of having this home to get ready in and come back to each night played a significant role in the magic! I couldn't believe when we arrived to find the primary bedroom had an huge walk in closet, with high ceilings and a clothing bar high enough to allow our daughter's wedding dress to hang beautifully!! The pictures of the outside balcony/patio in the listing do not fully capture how extraordinary the view and outside entertaining space is! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy it!! I hope to return to this special home when we visit our daughter and her husband in the future!

A SDSU Parent's Dream Stay

We were in San Diego for our daughter's graduation and stayed at this beautiful property. It was only 8 minutes to SDSU but gave us room to stretch out and enjoy the fabulous views. We walked to Old Town, ate outside on the deck and felt well taken care of. We are already planning a girls trip so we can return to the property.

Great weekend with views

Clean, well maintained, spacious, well stocked lovely place to stay. Check in is easy, views are great, patio is large with a table(covered), outdoor couch and ping pong. The beds are incredibly comfortable with air and heat ci trolled by bedroom. It’s on top of a hill so while old town is less than a mile it’s a hike up and down but the location is convenient to see a Padres game, visit the beaches, tour the sites and visit old town for a quick meal. It is the lower level of a home so they ask you to be quiet after 9or10pm on the balcony (not an issue for our group) and they provide extras in all areas. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great stay beautiful view

Beautiful little place to stay in San Diego. Great view of city; centrally located, beautiful porch. Many instructions on how to park, clean etc but worth it given quality of accommodations and location. Lots of steep steps to get to accommodation and no problem for us but if someone was older or disabled could be a problem w luggage and climbing. People who own home live above lodging and have a dog that you can hear scurrying - again no big deal. It’s a rare and beautiful place in San Diego and would absolutely return.

Wonderful location and house

I stayed here with two of my colleagues for an in-town conference. It was awesome to be able to stay together in one space for team building, but the location was also ideal for shooting in to the city and out to all of the great spots around San Diego. I highly recommend this to others!

Our stay with family was peaceful and relaxing. This home and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful! Everything you could possibly need or want to do is so close to this location.... Lovely Property

This is the lower level of a very Beautiful Home in a Very Nice neighborhood. I do highly recommend it! It does not feel closed in at all! It has great views, and is beautifully decorated! We would stay there again for sure!
