We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was the perfect size for us, having 2 full bathrooms was a definite plus. Apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Host was outstanding in answering questions and checked in periodically, and recommended restaurants. Would definitely book the apartment again on future trip.
We booked this place over Christmas holidays and it didn’t disappoint. It’s very clean and the location is very good, everything is a 5-10min drive for food and entertainment, but there are options within walking distance as well. The communication is top notch with the owner and will definitely book here if we come back!
Luxury, convenience and comfort… What else a Couple visiting San Diego ask for? This spacious two bedroom was located in the heart of San Diego and was very walkable. The decor was warm and friendly, and the view was a special memory that will stay with us for quite some time.
The apartment was in a safe neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to University Heights and just a short drive to Hillcrest or downtown SD. Pictures represent it well-- it was very cute and the perfect landing place from our daily adventures. I loved that the kitchen included a blender. The master BR doesn't get as much cool air circulation as the rest of the apartment, but leaving the door open helped and the owner has also provided a fan you can take advantage of. Really nice to have dedicated parking in a locked garage. Thanks for the great stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and perfect for our family. Having two king beds and a pullout sofa was our main reason for choosing this location. However, we discovered that its central location made it easy to navigate the city and the designated parking spot in the garage just feet from the elevator made going and arriving so much easier. Just around the corner we found a coffee shop and the barista gave us restaurants and sights to see during our visit. Lovely neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Our host was quick to respond to our needs and questions and we highly recommend staying here.
We stayed at this property for 11 days, and our overall experience was good. The location of the property is excellent although the immediate surrounding areas are not very clean. The host is reachable, responsive and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. Unfortunately, during our entire stay the building elevator was broken, and given the unit is on the 6th floor, it was extremely inconvenient and challenging without a working elevator. We were only informed about the elevator situation the day before our check-in so had to keep our reservation because of flights and travel plans. Online comments show chronic issues with elevator in this building, ff you are reserving this accommodation, make sure that the elevator is working in case you are physically/medically challenged.
First, I'd like to say that I'm a power wheelchair user. This property is very accessible and wheelchair friendly. All the doors are 36 inch wide openings which makes entry and exit of all rooms or facilities quite easy. The elevator for axis is quite spacious allowing for multiple people or mobility devices. The level three common space is a really nice community area. There's two gas grills, always in the ready and many table seating areas throughout. There's a full kitchen in the common area as well. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, allowing for easy access and the furnishings are not secured to the floor allowing for you to move things if needed or as necessary.
Ignat, our host was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He offered more additional services such as grocery delivery and the opportunity to extend our stay if time allowed and the room was available.
My wife, our navy son and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is very central, the view is beautiful and the weather down here in San Diego can't be beat.
The only thing that could have made this location any better for wheelchair accessibility would have been roll in showers. However, there was a shower seat provided.
Overall, I really can't say enough good things about the property and our host.

My family of four had a wonderful week-long stay here! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and we appreciated the secured parking garage. The provided high chair and pack-n-play also worked very well for us. We loved being so close to San Diego's many attractions; it was easy to drive anywhere from this relatively central location. Our host was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a great stay. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future!
Great proximity to breweries, restaurants, & coffee shops, and very close to airport, beaches, and other major San Diego sights! We were able to walk to breakfast (Moe Coffee & Lazy Eye Coffee are great!) in 10-15 min and an Uber to Petco Park was less than 20.The building was VERY quiet, as was the neighborhood. Ignat's communication was exceptional and checked in during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. There were toiletries provided for the stay, the kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was spacious with a great patio to relax on and enjoy a fabulous view!We would 100% stay here again!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this Vrbo. It was immaculately clean, the owner, Ignat, was very responsive and very accommodating. I was traveling for the 1st time with my 7 month old Yorkie and we felt right at home. The convince of a parking space and everything within a short 5-10 min drive was amazing. I will book this home every time I’m in the San Diego area.
