This was a girls trip. The property is in a great location with so many bars and restaurants nearby and very centrally located to all that you will want to do in San Diego. JD, the property owner is incredibly responsive and was very helpful.

Stellar Stay

Perfect vacation stay from beginning to end! Our host JD was super accomodating, letting us know early check in was available when the the cleaning crew was done, and allowing us a late checkout for our evening flight. The location was perfect, as we didn't want to rent a car, walking distance to both the metro bus system and high speed train. We especially loved being close to grocery stores, shopping, and every imaginable kind of cuisine for dining out. Our family of 10 enjoyed the beautifully decorated townhouse, and appreciated the play & pack & plastic dishes for the young ones. Next time i book, it will be a ladies getaway!

AMAZING stay in the Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego!

Perfect weekend home for a group of 9 to celebrate a bachelorette - plenty of sleeping space, a bathroom on each floor is so handy, and a spacious kitchen/living room for chill time. It is also walking distance to many of the bars and restaurants and a short lyft or uber to the beach. Check in was seamless, JD was very responsive and was kind enough to allow us an early check in and late check out. Highly recommend this for your next group stay in SD!

Great home base for San Diego exploration.

Multigenerational group visiting SD for first time. Appreciated each bedroom having their own bath and TV - especially the teens. Kitchen lacks for nothing, generous supplies of paper products, soap, toiletries. Beautifully decorated. Only minutes from the zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, Petco Park, airport. Prompt communications with owner. We were in a minivan and managed to maneuver in the garage - team effort. You need a comfortable place to crash after long days of sightseeing adventures and this place is perfect for that.

We had a great stay! The only thing to note is that upstairs there is one bathroom inside the primary bedroom so the other two guests will need to go through the primary bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not ideal for an all adult group but we managed. Otherwise we loved the home. It was clean and exactly like the photos. Beautiful decorations, art, and furniture. The updated bathrooms were beautiful and had great showers. Clean kitchen with coffee. Would definitely recommend! Host was available to answer any questions and the check in process was simple.

Great Stay!!

JD was an incredible host with great communication and response. The house was clean and well kept with a modern feel. This spot is great for any group that plans on staying out late near the Gaslamp. Plenty of great food spots nearby for morning, lunch, dinner, and late night. Our group was able to fit a Jeep Wagoneer L inside the garage (everyone, except the driver, had to exit the vehicle before entering. Also had to move the garbage can to the side of the vehicle. JD was helpful with making sure we were prepared for the parking situation. There is some homeless people a few blocks north but they don’t disturb or effect the property or people in any way. We had a perfect experience overall and this property would be a must when we return to San Diego. Thank you JD for a wonderful stay!
