If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families). • Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, current and all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. We had our daughter, her husband and our 6 and 3 year grand kids with us. Kids loved the beaches, close to sea world and many restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend.
We had a great time in the condo. It was the perfect size for 3 couples. The location was perfect. Just steps from the bay beach. The house was equipped with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and paddle boards, surf boards. Very clean!
We were down for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Close to the beaches, Belmont Park, restaurants, and La Jolla. Visitor parking is scarce but this unit had a two car garage and lots of beach and bike gear.

Appreciated the amenities and convenient lovation. The house and furniture were in clean and nice condition.
This beach house was in a great location and only a 5 minute or so walk to Belmont Park or the local park for our kids. There was plenty of space and the home it self has an upscale feel and comes with everything you need from beach gear to coffee and coffee maker. We had a great time and the house definitely played a part.

Location, Location, Location
Perfect place for our family getaway! The location was fabulous - being between the bay and beach. Loved that we could walk to restaurants. The home was complete with all we needed for our stay. Love the side by side garage - we moved the bikes to the left side then fit a Toyota Camry and Honda Odyssey in the garage no problem. We will definitely be returning!
This place was very well equiped! They thought of everything from kitchen utensils to beach gear. It was clean, spacious and the communication with manager was great. Thank you!
The house was in the perfect location, with effortless access to the Pacific Ocean on one side, and the cove on the other side. It was akin to having the best of 2 worlds.......the ocean with its power and beauty, and the cove with its quietude.
The house was well-appointed, with all you need to have a relaxing stay. Splendid!
Perfect location, nice and quiet. Check in and out was super easy. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with plenty of whatever we needed, no having to run to the store for spices or paper towels. Only issue was a slow shower drain in the primary bedroom but otherwise it was the perfect getaway spot! We'll be back:)
Beautiful & Brand-new house, with everything labeled & clean and easy to use. Check in was quick & smooth, big double-wide garage on the end unit, so in and out was easy.
*VERY close to bay side & 1 block from the beach. VERY close to amusement park, playground, plenty of restaurants and highway to get to Sea World & Zoo very quick.
Would highly recommend.
First time staying in Mission Beach and it was fabulous. The townhouse was everything the listing described. Loved riding the beach bikes everyday. We will return for sure!!!

This place was perfect over the Christmas Holidays. The area was a magical place that the kids loved - close to everything. The home was complete with so many outdoor items as well as indoor. Kitchen was very well thought out with the equipment and basic cooking seasonings - much appreciated. We loved how we could walk to the Bay or Beach or even Belmont Park! Thanks so much we will be back!
We loved the townhome and the location. We would definitely stay again! The only complaint is that the ad said oversized 2 car garage which was a little misleading as our rental SUV didn't fit. It's a very standard 2 car garage that will not fit a large SUV such as a suburban or Escalade XL. No other complaints!

This house exceptional in every way! Quiet, clean, steps from the beach and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is close to restaurants and shops as well.
I stayed with friends for a girls weekend (we are all in our 50’s and 60’s) and we absolutely loved everything about this amazing property.
Would most definitely stay here again! Book it now!
This property is well maintained, clean and the kitchen is well supplied with kitchen supplies and dishes. When we used the grill there must have been a gas issue because there was a flame burst that knocked one of the men back from the grill. TV instructions are not easy to follow. View is non-existent. Overall, the condo itself is pleasant and we did enjoy our stay. Bikes were a great addition
Every detail was exactly as the photos. It’s a great location. The house was very clean and very beautiful. The only hiccup we ran into more than once was getting into the property. When first arriving the interior door code did not work, and three separate times the garage door code did not work. We had to enter in the front door and run to the garages interior door to open the garage from the inside. This can be very stressful because the street is very narrow and you never want to block someone’s garage door. Other than that it was very pleasant and the family and I were happy.
We are a family of 6. The townhouse convenient located between the bay and mission beach which my kids absolutely loved. The house was also equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our 4 night stay. The 2 car tandem garage was also a plus. We parked a Toyota Sienna and was able to park it in the garage at a slant. The area was also safe and quiet. We look forward to staying in their other properties in the area when we visit again!
Nice atmosphere! Great time for all! Only one to change if bikes are moved from garage. Their would more room for our cars. Overall great visit to Mission Bay San Diego.
