The room was clean but mixed with some things new and other things old. Never had hot water for the shower however the shower was large. The DEXTRO Little Italy, BW Premier Collection
The hotel was very clean. Staff were excellent. Rooms comfortable and contained everything needed. Little Italy was walkable . The only complaint was room layout gusting could have been brighter. The breakfast selection was also good and reasonably priced.

Stay was fine to just stay in. They are not upfront about parking Fees and we had to call to get roomed clean for 3/4 days we stayed as it was never housekeeped.
