Pacific Edge Hotel
The hotel is outdated; room descriptions and pictures are vastly different than the actual rooms (not in a good way), hotel tries to charge you for every little thing, did not have hot water, rust everywhere, several buildings are not handicap accessible, very overpriced for what you get.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Irvine Spectrum
AC was not working very well. & the rooms seemed old & dirty. They had a misty smell to them.

Parking is a fraud and excessively expensive- beach access is through a campground across the street- rooms are average at best-
