- Perfect location near main part of town with restaurants, shops, cafes less than a 5 minute walk. Modern beach studio unit with king size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, balcony with ocean view, washer dryer access for 6+ night stays. Perfect for singles or couples. Beach chairs, towels, mats, boogie boards, beach umbrella provided. A cute little beach sanctuary. Quiet neighborhood.
Private parking in building. Only 3 units in building. Newer construction, built in 2010. Only a 10 minute walk to beach, park, walking trails, San Clemente pier, restaurants, and unique shops. Friendly neighbors, ocean views from balcony and bedroom.
