Beautiful views, clean, peaceful, great communication from host. Overall accommodations were excellent especially the rental of the golf cart. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay the condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. The only thing that wasn’t ideal is the stairs to get to the condo. We would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.

Fabulous property with amazing views. Very comfortable and nice! The host was very responsive and kind. I would certainly recommend this condo. There are a lot of stairs, so you will need the ability to climb them to stay in this unit.

Epic Location

We stayed in the most beautiful villa. Well appointed with new furniture a lovely deck with BBQ over looking the Pacific Ocean. We are looking to book again and invite a couple more friends. Rimas was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had about the island, what to do for fun and the best restaurants.

Beautiful quiet anniversary weekend

Excellent property and communication by owner. Lovely ocean views. Nice to be out of the hubub of Avalon, but just a few mins away. Perfect with the use of a golf cart. Saw deer at dusk by the zip line en-route to the property. We had a fantastic time.

Hamilton Cove condo with a gorgeous view

This is a lovely condo with a spectacular view. It includes the use of a golf cart which was so fun and helpful. The only negative was all the stairs.

This is a wonderful condo!

Never having been to Catalina, we didn't know much when booking but picking this condo was such great luck! The space is gorgeous and open and the view is the best of the island in our opinions and staying on that side gave us the peace and quiet with town only being 6 min away. Great communication with owners as well. Any questions or concerns were addressed. Great place and we will be back! Thank you again!

The villa and Rimas were absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. It is so perfect that I proposed to my NOW fiance there! Rimas was such a great host. She helped me with the accommodations for my proposal, was quick to respond and a perfect host! 10/10

Incredible Villa. Awesome View.

Rimas and Mike were awesome. Took care of our needs while on Catalina Island. The Villa was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent one day just on the balcony and at the Villa. Great place and Beautiful. A lot of stairs but we knew going in and it was worth the exercise.

The place and location were beautiful. The manager very responsive. We did not want to come home. My only comment would be to be more clear about the stairs when booking, for elderly or handicapped people it would be difficult.

Comfortable, Fun, & Beautiful property.

The owner has updated this villa with high end finishes and furnishings. Beautiful inside and out. Restoration Hardware furnature and other high end finishings throughout. Hands down the most comfortable couch/pull-out we ever experienced (King sized too!). I’m convinced the golf cart is the fastest on the island, and it even has a high quality speaker to make the drives even funner. Games and equipment activities (tennis, croquet, etc) provided in the villa. The host was great and even offered to have the cart delivered to the dock on the day of arrival for a reasonable fee, which was much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay definitely felt luxurious. The interior was upgraded, well kept, and comfortable. We loved the decor. The lanai was perfect as it had a beautiful view (just as it was shown). The unit was in a private neighborhood, so it felt safe to take an evening stroll. It had everything we needed; grill, plates, cups, utensils, spices, extra towels, etc. Close to the gym, pool and spa. The golfcart that came with the unit was “two thumbs up”. Stylish and reliable. Rimas was an excellent host. Communication was on point and was very accommodating to our needs. Directions for check-in and check-out was clear. Would highly recommend staying here, as we will plan to stay again.

Exceptional Stay at Hamilton Cove, Catalina Island

WOW!!! This condo is absolutely stunning – clean, with high-end furnishings and everything you need for a perfect stay. The activity closet is stocked with items ideal for enjoying the outdoors at Hamilton Cove. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, making our morning coffee and evening wine sessions delightful. The bed was extremely comfortable, complete with luxurious linens. We were thoroughly impressed by the recent remodel. Rimas, our host, was a pleasure to deal with – upfront, responsive, and full of great local dining tips. The addition of the electric cart was a fantastic touch! It's clean, reliable, and made navigating Avalon a breeze. In short, our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was just perfect. A huge thank you to Rimas for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back!

Jazz Trax Weekend

The unit itself is nice with a great view. Kitchen has everything. The new electric was very nice to use. We slept with the patio doors open as you can hear the tide all night which nice. The only setback for us was the steps. It was clearly identified as having 114 steps to the unit. We thought this would be ok as we are in good shape, but after a few trips this got old fast. We will choose a different unit next time with much fewer steps.

Not a great experiance

Had lot of issues, to start with the doors were open for check-in but there were not keys inside. I had to wait for the property managers response almost an hour to get the keys. That too, the host mentioned the keys were on his golf cart had to walk all the way down to get the keys. It took more than an hour for all this process. The host had air tag on his keys and he is using the tag even when the keys are with us, did not week safe and looked as if he was tracking us, felt this is against our privacy. There were no hot water, it was just sufficient for one, I had to do bath with cold water. Basic needs were not provided, tooth paste, lotion and other basic needs were not provided for the stay. Very expensive with minimal amenities provided. The location and neighborhood was awesome with great views.
