"The property is beautiful and perfectly located, close to everything in Cusco. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels very safe as there’s always someone at the front to open the door. The breakfast is delicious and I loved that they offer hot water, tea, coffee and cookies 24/7 which is such a nice touch!"

"Overall, the hotel is very good. Breakfast was fine and the location is excellent. We had an unpleasant issue on the first night: we were given a room which, although nice and spacious, had an intermittent noise coming from the ceiling that lasted the whole night. It sounded like knocking or dripping. Sleeping through that on the first night, while still getting used to the altitude, was practically impossible. However, the staff were very helpful in relocating us to another room the following day."
