Amazing location close to the main square and everything else; the property is very well maintained and most importantly the staff are amazing (front desk, restaurant, bar, etc). Breakfast and drinks were also good, would definitely consider staying here again. The only downside was rooms did not have AC so often we’re warm or humid. Otherwise, great experience and happy with our stay!

This was a great boutique hotel. Definitely, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was unique. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Food was great. Accomodations were lovely. Would have loved to have had more time to appreciate all they had to offer.

Tocuyeros was a great place to stay to explore Cusco. The hotel staff was super accommodating to all our needs, including packing a breakfast for early departures and helping us arrange rides and excursions. Their breakfasts were made to order and very tasty. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They even gave us a free room upgrade. I would totally stay here again if I made another trip to Cusco.

From the arrival at the airport, they had everything in order! Having never traveled to Peru before, to have someone waiting at the airport with your name on a placard was most relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was there and took care of our every need, including the upgrades we had no idea were included. The breakfast that was included daily was not a "serve yourself " type, they seated you and asked what you desired. Topnotch in my opinion, there are a lot of larger hotels that could learn some things from them.

Quiet haven just into the interesting San Blas area. Staff were very helpful, helped recover important stuff left in the uber. Loved the rooftop patio - took lots of pics as a storm passed by.

One of the best hotels so far (and we travel a lot recently). Service was exceptional and individual. Very quiet and secluded place. The staff accommodated our request for the room upgrade due to VIP status on Expedia. We got two rooms instead of one including presidential suite overlooking the city of Cusco. The cherry on the top was the free transfer to the airport. Amazing experience overall. The only issue I can remember is the absence of parking, we parked our rental 3 minutes from the hotel on the street (the hotel is in downtown on the narrow street - parking is a tough ask).

We loved this hotel for our stay in Cusco. The service from the entire staff was exceptional - they were quick to help with anything we needed and made us feel like VIPs. I really enjoyed the view of Cusco, especially how the houses light up the hills at night like stars in the sky. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the main square with some excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

I was wowed by the kindness of the staff. They took such care in making sure I was aclimating to the high altitude of Cusco. "We recommend that you eat a light meal. Would you like some coca tea?" Dinner at the hotel that evening was delicious. Main square was within walking distance, with many artisan shops on the way. My room was so modern and comfortable. I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! Too bad I stayed only one night. Can't wait to return!!
