"In this hotel you have to share a window with the next room shower, so it depends if the person staying there wanted to close it of not. I asked if they could help me, and they said that they would have to wait to see the occupant in the room. Service was bad."

"Room was clean and nice but the bathroom got very hot and smell like sewage and the power went out for a couple of hours. One receptionist was a bit rude but the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It has great location, walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and shops. Also it’s right on the beach. "

"The hotel was under construction. We had reserved ocean view but they originally had our room facing trees and couldn’t see the ocean view. We requested a change. There was also no electricity in my parents room which we had to complain again for a change."
