It’s an older hotel that really needs to be upgraded. It’s central where you can walk to other beaches. The property overall needs a lot of maintenance. The pools need to be cleaned more often. The tv has no live tv so if you do not have any streaming apps you won’t see anything on tv.

I enjoyed my stay and would come here every time when I visit puerto. Staff was really nice. It’s very convenient, right to the point, beds, ac, tvs and beach access. It’s mom and pop so I totally loved that, I don’t like the corporate feel so I will definitely come back. Beach access was great and I saw a lot of complaints of their access but you can’t find beauty at your fingertips so the only walk was worth it. Very beautiful and loved my stay.

For the price I booked this stay for, I can’t complain. It’s nice, it’s modern, we did have an annoying dripping noise coming from outside our room that disrupted getting to sleep every night. We also left our towels on the floor hoping we would get new ones after 4 nights but they just hung them back up in the bathroom again. Also, one evening we showered and there was no cold water so I had to turn the shower off every so often between getting the shampoo out of my hair so the water wasn’t too hot on my skin and head. It’s a you get what you pay for situation but I would much rather take this place than a hostel! So I’m grateful for that. The location is pretty sweet though, a short walk to the eateries, the little convenience store at the hotel is well priced and the beach connected to the hotel is so good!! Really great sunset spot

They only give you one towel, you are not allowed to dirty it with any stains like make up etc., otherwise you have to pay for a new one. In order to get clean ones you have to return the dirty ones first. No hand towels, nothing to dry your hands either. The pool towels were sometimes not enough for everyone and they ran out of clean ones. They have a gorgeous view of the beach nearby one and the pools were very good and at night the heated pool was perfect. Rooms had AC which was nice. A few bugs occasionally got in the room, like a few lizards and this weird flying bugs. Other than that the hotel was decent for what you paid for.

Property lacks of maintenance, landscaping in very poor condition, pool is often cleaned, they have only 1 exterior shower to remove the sand and Waldron the beach and this shower was or is permanently broken. Not enough beach towels, they give white towels instead and warned us of 300 pesos fee if returned with stains. Reception is not much friendly except for a young lady.

Staff was helpful, stayed there 3 days and 2 nights, AC was nice, showers were good. I was able to walk to the beach with no problems and hotel provided beach towels. Overall, a very affordable place to stay and had no issues. Looks like they are remodeling a few things so that would be nice! Walking distance from plaza Chepil where food was delicious!

I saw some mixed reviews about this hotel so I wasn’t sure what to expect- everything blew me away! Staff was so kind and helpful, views were incredible, access to playa coral (going in the morning you’ll practically have it all to yourself), you can walk from playa coral across the rocks to do the turtle release, you can walk to all the restaurants in Ricandola, and easily walk to playa carizillio for surf lessons. Also far enough away from things to be so quiet and so peaceful! Also has a pool and ac which were soooo refreshing on the hot days! Definitely recommend!

We had cleaner every day which is great, we asked for fresh towels every day from reception, also we had an umbrella and 2 sun beds for the beach every day, which again you have to get a token from the reception, beach called Coral beach which is one of the most beautiful beach in P.T Escondido, price is good as well.
