"Stayed for 2 days, used the pools, and had dinner and breakfast onsite. The food was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, well maintained and recently updated. Front desk was weirdly rude. Called multiple times, couldn’t get thru for things (I think that I called and got hung up on 3 different times and had to call back). Asked for shuttle from room to front it never came. Called for amenities that never were delivered. For what was otherwise an amazingly clean and nice property. The grounds staff, valets and onsite waiters were all great, and then the front desk was just so far below par. The facilities were busy, but nothing felt slammed. Overall price to value ratio was great, but the front desk was so glaringly bad that I couldn’t help but dock points."
