"Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe."

"Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you"

"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Johannes was a really great host. Quick communication and super helpful. Villa is massive and great for a large family or group of friends. Easy to get to los Christianos/las americas with buses and taxi (use local not uber as it’s cheaper) and there’s a great local around the corner as well as a padel court!Airport is 15min drive and around 40Not much to complain about other than the outside toilet didn’t work all week so kept having to go up to own room for the loo when hanging at the pool. On Mondays someone comes for a couple hours to do pool maintenance which we didn’t know about until we got there. To be fair though it was pretty quick and didn’t disrupt us too much. Thanks for having us we had a great time. "

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend "
