"Wonderful experience, staff was lovely, rooms were sparkling clean, and air conditioner was impeccable. Outdoor balcony view was love could see the whole stunning views,and the sunrise as well as sunset view was spectacular!!!"

"Room was a decent size (the one bed apartment) and wasn’t too noisy from neighbouring rooms which was good. Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. Good facilities overall, breakfast was great and the gym was a nice added bonus. Pools are great and a decent size, but are loud. Great place to stay with kids but if looking for adults only go elsewhere."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"

"From the moment we booked Alessandrio was in touch. Communication was brilliant. The property is outstanding and had everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring we loved driving to La Caleta for coffee and meals."

"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I understand however it’s a common mistake and I never would’ve had a clue that security did not have a master key available at Al times. Other than that the stay was good. Would bring less luggage since there aren’t elevators"

"Johannes was a really great host. Quick communication and super helpful. Villa is massive and great for a large family or group of friends. Easy to get to los Christianos/las americas with buses and taxi (use local not uber as it’s cheaper) and there’s a great local around the corner as well as a padel court!Airport is 15min drive and around 40Not much to complain about other than the outside toilet didn’t work all week so kept having to go up to own room for the loo when hanging at the pool. On Mondays someone comes for a couple hours to do pool maintenance which we didn’t know about until we got there. To be fair though it was pretty quick and didn’t disrupt us too much. Thanks for having us we had a great time. "
