Good location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Note that this is a budget hotel, so great if you are trying to save some money, and not focusing so much on comfort.

This hotel has so much to improve

This may be a different review, but I wanted to be simple and straightforward so it can be helpful to future guests so they can be prepared for what to expect. CONS: - Besides what I had paid online, I was also charged $50,000 Colombian pesos during the check-in for a supposed "insurance of the hotel." - The reception staff was nothing nice and had a terrible attitude. Bad customer service. - The WiFi range did not reach the room. We had to sit in the lobby or on the couches outside of the room to use the internet. - There was no place and nothing to hang our cloths. PROS: - The cafeteria staff are more friendly and nicer than the receptionist. - The daily breakfast was delicious. - The hotel is within short walking distance from the beach, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and more. - The housekeepers were such great people and they used to leave the room impeccable. I give them 10 out of 10. I hope the management team receive these feedback well and hopefully they can improve them.

WHEN WE ARRVED THE BUILDING SMELLED OF ROTTEN WATER, THE ROOM HAD A LOCK ON THE DOOR I COULD OPEN WITH A CREDIT CARD, NO CHAIR IN THE ROOM, BATHROOM WAS NT EVEN BASIC. 2 SMALL TOWELS, PLASTIC SHOWER CURTAIN HAD MOLD, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. I MEAN WHEN YOU TURNED ON THE HNDLE THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, NO WATER AT ALL, VERY LITTLE COLD WATER. WHEN I ASKED THE FRONT DESK GIRL SHE UST SAID, " SI, WE HAVE NO HOT WATER". I ASKED IF IT WOULD COME ON LATER, SHE SAID NO. THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLED OF MOLD AND MILDEW. ALTHOUGHI PAID OVER $425 FOR THE 4 DAYS I COULD NOT STAY THERE. WENT TO HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET. VERY NICE

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course you need to understand that this is a 3 star hotel so I’m rating as a 3 star hostel and not as a luxury all inclusive 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but ok, Rooms were spacious and clean, Pool area is a little shady especially in the afternoon but it was clean and enjoyable, This is a cold water only hotel so if you’re looking for long hot showers this is not for you, Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we asked for a refrigerator and they gave it to us for free. The location is mint. Right on Main Street and only few hundred feet away from the heart of night life and main beach. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re not looking for something super fancy.

Hotel Antigo e Mofado.

Pessoal muito amável e solícito, mas a estrutura do hotel é horrível. Nos cederam um dos melhores quartos, mofado, sem frigobar, cofre, sem wi-fi nos quartos, chuveiro sem agua quente e banheiro caindo aos pedaços. Abandonamos o hotel e o trocamos após a primeira noite. Fotos totalmente enganadoras. Café da manhã horroroso. Localização muito boa, mas não compensa.

Nos tocó una habitación que daba al exterior de hotel y el ruido de los visitantes se escuchaba todas las noches, pedí ayuda en cambiar la habitación pero no fue atendida, no hubo jabón en la ducha, la alimentación los días sábado, domingo y lunes fue malísima.

The bathroom was near the hallway, it had an open window, so all the noise from the pool and bar area came in the room. The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible, powdered eggs, it was like prison food. I got a stomach virus from the food or the coffee, they might have used tap water for the coffee.

Buena ubicación! Muy cómodo!

Excelente estadía, todo muy limpio, personal atento a cada cosa que necesitaba! Muy buena ubicación a 2 min de la playa y del centro. Lo único, es que no tenía agua caliente, pero sale tibia por el calor! En recepción tienen un stand para tomar ahí mismo los tour. Recomendado 100%!

things i did not like, there was no fridge in the room, no phone in rooms to call lobby in case of emergency, no wi fi in rooms, towels not ready only after 10AM, only one elevator (crowded most of the time). To be honest i would not come back to this hotel. :(

City center Hotel

Very basic. It is very far from ALL INCLUSIVE. No basic amaneties provider like shampoo, only bar soap. No hair dryer, not even upon request. Meals were included but did not eat a single lunch or dinner. Food outside is better and cheap.

Bom é bem localizado.

Um bom hotel, bem localizado. Tem um restaurante que oferece um buffet com preço fixo que oferece almoço e jantar, uma opção para economizar, variedade de comidas, sobremesas e sucos. O café da manhã já incluso na diária, com uma boa variedade e vista para o mar. Esse hotel só tem internet na área da piscina. Eu recomendo.

Hotel is very dated. A/C did not cool the room at all. The bathroom had very bad fumes and all of the pluming was in immediate need of replacement. No room phone. TV signal was very bad. The receptionists were not nice or informative at all. They did not seem to enjoy their job at the Hotel.

O hotel portofino é um bom hotel. Peca apenas na disponibilização do wi fi, que é horrível. Mas este, creio eu, é um problema de toda ilha. Eles deveriam maneirar no volume do som no bar da piscina do segundo andar. No quinto eu ouvia, imagina quem estava hospedado no segundo. No geral, eu e minha esposa voltaríamos ao hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo, wifi limitado

A estadia foi boa. Ficamos surpresos com a cobrança de taxa de seguro, que foi colocada como obrigatória (5mil pesos por dia por hospede). Apesar disso, quarto agradável, atenciosos no atendimento. Bom café da manhã. Seria importante internet nos quartos, visto que só tem na área da piscina. Fácil compra de pacotes turísticos.
