Mi asombro...
El acceso al hotel es super bueno ya que está cerquísima del aeropuerto, de la playa, de tiendas y supermercados.
El servicio al cliente no se conoce en este hotel ya que constantemente se puede observar entre los empleados discutir o hablar muy fuerte. Uno se presenta y hay que adivinar quien será la persona que lo va a atender y el trato es desinteresado.
El acceso a la piscina es por horas ya que cuando se sirve el servicio de alimentación (Desayuno, almuerzo, cena) que por cierto es regular, los cockteles no son los mejores, la piscina se cierra, en el hotel se puede apreciar que es descuidado, hay en las paredes parchones negros, las ventanas llenas de polvo, algunos tomas de electricidad jalaban principalmente en el baño, los controles de las habitaciones algunos están y otros no, las toallas no las cambian todos los días, la accesibilidad a personas con alguna discapacidad es escasa, hay sectores que no se han terminado de remodelar y están en obra gris.
El hotel tiene mucho potencial, lastimosamente no lo saben aprovechar.

justo por lo que se paga.
El hotel es bueno, y recibes lo que ofrecen. Le falta mantenimiento y ventilacion en zonas comunes. Y que no quieran llevar a todo el mundo a un mirador a vender resort o vacaciones prepagadas con engaños. Si subes alla y no compras nada no te dan nada de lo que ofrecieron para hacerte subir.
