"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Westside. We chose it due to its proximity to NAIA and the shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was incredible! We could not find fault with the hotel and staff. This hotel was a great find."

"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had a quite relaxing night. Also had a wonderful time having a meal at the lobby because of the pianist and attentive servers. However, there were mosquitoes even when we changed tables. "

"Staff that checked me is helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience when I’m checking out . There’s a dentist convention at that time and we are all leaving the same day . I called the front desk in the morning several times to ask for help with my luggage , no one pick up’s the call and when they finally pick up , I waited for them to come up and help me with my luggage. No one came . So I help myself with my luggage’s since my niece is been waiting ."

"The rooftop has swimming pool bar and you can dine as well. Such a good place to relax after the long hours trip."

"During my 2 days stay at the hotel, staff are very accommodating. The pool is always full specially late in the afternoon. Location is great when u have to be at the airport and they a complimentary airport shuttle which is awesome."
