"The staff were super lovely. The complex has a pretty cafe and its own spa, we both ate and had massages which were amazing. You will need transportation to get around, we hired a scoter, which Puspa ASAI Manager, was able to organise for us. We had a great and will come back and stay."

"Don’t be fooled by the photos - by the time we arrived at the location (after searching for it for 1 hour because the address is wrong and there are 4 addresses online), they told my guest that the room was double booked and moved her to another hotel nearby. Although that hotel was nice, it took a total of 2 hours to find and check in (finally checked in at 1am)."

"Staff team here are amazing, they all go that extra mile for you and have a smile. Very special mention for Angi every morning at breakfast she would check if any special requests required. The staff are so attentive. Could not fault them. We were not prepared for the grandeur and scale of this report! It’s MASSIVE! The trams run regular enough to get places easily.
We booked the day before and stayed 5 nights at the Segaria. Which has the best vibes I think from all the hotel options. RIMBA is very far out and when we visited the pools, it was wayyy to busy and full of people. More family orientated while Segaria has an adult only rooftop pool and bar!
Negative for us was that everything around the hotel is about taking photos, to a scale we have never experienced before. People only care about social media instead of enjoying their holidays. So expect to wait for others photos all the time…
it’s also very expensive. Small beer is 150k when other 5 star hotels we stayed in charge 70-90k
Lots of loud construction going on at the hotel. But that is pretty impossible to escape in bali
