"From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with genuine smiles and assistance. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Complimentary water was in our room and then an array of complimentary chocolates were brought up to our room. I was very impressed with the breakfast in the mornings as well as the dinner restaurant at night! Very close by to the heart of the shopping area and touristy things to see. Such a pleasure for the four of us staying there. "

"Good location with easy transport links. Very useful to have twenty four hour reception and check in, staff at the desk were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choice, and a good size room so even when busy, didn’t feel overcrowded. The bar downstairs is nice - great for people watching the lobby! "It's a great value: near main train station and city buses. NOT close to Old Town, which is where the activities are. And the restaurants, bars, etc. - you either have along walk or bus ride. The hotel is clean, the restaurant has great service and decent food and drinks. We used the gym. "
