O quarto, apesar de pequeno, é bem aconchegante, limpo e arrumado. O único ponto negativo vou a TV que não é Smart. O Wi-fi é excelente: sinal bom em todos os cômodos e internet rápida. O atendimento também foi excelente.

Para “passar uma chuva”

A pousada é uma opção prática para quem está de carro e busca uma base simples para explorar as praias próximas. Localizada à beira da rodovia BA-099, está situada dentro de um condomínio que reúne diversos empreendimentos, como outras pousadas, o que pode causar certa confusão inicial. Apesar de ser uma acomodação simples, apresenta um ambiente organizado e limpo. Percebi que há uma integração operacional com a pousada vizinha, compartilhando funcionários e o serviço de café da manhã. No entanto, o café da manhã é bastante fraco e simples, com poucas opções disponíveis. Além disso, itens frequentes no cardápio acabam rapidamente e só são repostos mediante solicitação, o que poderia ser evitado com um reabastecimento proativo. Outro ponto negativo foi o atendimento no café da manhã. A funcionária responsável demonstrou falta de educação, gentileza e cordialidade, tornando o momento pouco agradável. O quarto é bem organizado, mas a cama deixou a desejar, pois era bastante dura e desconfortável, o que impactou na qualidade do sono. Além disso, a pousada parece ter uma operação reduzida. A dona, que aparentemente acumula diversas funções, precisa se ausentar com frequência, e não há equipe fixa para suporte em tempo integral, o que pode gerar desconforto em momentos de necessidade
