This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. If you go with kids, keep in mind you'll walk long distances.. but not too bad.

I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

This hotel is a joke . Worst experience

It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . Restaurants it’s a joke .. same bad quality food , no service no idea what they are doing here . Staff super rude and seems that they don’t want to work. Swimingpool- nobody checks cleanness , or monitor what people are doing there .. people bring food and drinks to the swimingpool - imagine higiene when they get drunk and spill they cocktails and wash theirs hands in the water after food … Room service - doesn’t exist , you might get lucky if they make your bed sometimes and wipe the floor . The only benefit of this hotel is beach and weather. We are not staying again in this hotel ..

O melhor resort de Salvador que já frequentei, por isso é minha segunda vez. Limpeza impecável, super organizado. As opções de alimentação são excelentes. Queria agradecer a toda equipe do resort em especial a Ingride da estação de omeletes, a Lucimar da limpeza do quarto ao Fernando que limpa a borda da piscina e ao pessoal do entretenimento. O projeto do hotel e o paisagismo é amplo espaçoso com piscinas imensas, muitas cadeiras confortáveis e com muita sombra. Alem de inúmeros quiosques com vista para o mar. Parabéns Vila Gale Mares!

Pontos positivos: Café da manhã, atendimento no bar da recepção,check-in, camareiras atendimento restaurante principal. Pontos negativos: Apartamento velho, a limpeza do quarto não inclui a varanda, não existe estrutura de praia colocam numero minimo de cadeiras e guarda sois, atendimento do bar das piscinas este é o pior incluindo os churrasqueiros, o "bar da praia" não oferece água com gaz. Ao meu ver falta gestão no dia a dia

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. A estrutura do hotel eh muito boa.. a area premium tem um serviço diferenciado, tanto piscina qto alimentação. Mas deveria ter restaurante a la carte pra almoço, pelo menos na área premium. A comida dos restaurantes pra almoço deixa a desejar.. a academia precisa de manutenção.. os restaurantes a la carte são bons, principalmente o “Inevitável”.
