This vacation apartment is located in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador, about 300 meters from Barra Beach. Its location allows guests to reach the waterfront in just a few minutes on foot and easily enjoy the promenade and nearby beaches.

The apartment offers a practical and comfortable stay, with quick access to restaurants, bars, markets, and local services. It is a convenient option for those who want to stay close to the sea and well located during their time in Salvador.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric coffee maker, four-burner induction cooktop, blender, water purifier, electric oven, air extractor, microwave, sandwich maker, and air fryer, providing convenience for meal preparation. The laundry area includes an washer-dryer machine, electric iron and an ironing board for added practicality during the stay. The living room is comfortable and air-conditioned, featuring blackout curtains, a 50" smart TV, and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, exhaust fan, and vanity mirror. In the bedroom, guests will find a 43" smart TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a full-length mirror, ensuring comfort and functionality. The balcony includes a hammock, offering a relaxing space to unwind.

Guests will have access to the shared pool and the condominium's gym. The gym is open 24 hours. The pool is usually closed on Mondays for maintenance, but may also be closed on other days by the condominium administration for additional upkeep.

The use of the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area is available by prior arrangement and requires an additional condominium fee for usage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

You’ll be just a 3-minute walk from the sand at Barra Beach. The sunset at Farol da Barra (a 9-minute walk) is stunning!

One parking spot is available in the building's garage.
