Located in the Barra neighborhood in Salvador, this vacation apartment is situated on the 8th floor and offers a spacious balcony with beautiful ocean views, while being just a few steps from Barra Beach. Its elevated position allows guests to enjoy stunning views of the coastline from above and take advantage of the neighborhood’s excellent infrastructure within walking distace.

The living room is comfortable and air-conditioned, featuring a 50" smart TV, sofa bed, and blackout curtains, creating a pleasant space for relaxation and leisure.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, conventional four-burner stove, oven, air extractor, sandwich maker, Italian coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and water purifier, providing convenience for meal preparation.

The laundry area includes a window for natural ventilation, a wall-mounted drying rack, washing machine, ironing board, and electric iron, ensuring added practicality during the stay.

The bedroom features air conditioning, a 32" smart TV, and a queen-size bed, providing comfort for restful nights.

The bathroom is airy and equipped with a vanity mirror, electric shower, hair dryer, bathroom accessories, and a handheld bidet spray.

The balcony features glass enclosure and non-blackout curtains, creating a pleasant space to relax throughout the day.

The condominium offers common areas designed for comfort and leisure, including a lobby, playground, gym, and swimming pool. These spaces provide convenience for everyday needs and great options to relax during your stay.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
