O que tem bom ou razoável é o café da manhã, Limpeza péssima, elevadores sujos, banheiro com problemas , quartos sem armários e problemas estruturais de acesso ao quarto .

Bom, mas poderia melhorar

O café da manhã é excelente, a localização é boa, o conforto da cama é bom, a limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas são boas, no entanto a limpeza do banheiro não é boa, o espelho estava manchado (passaram um pano e deixaram manchado), havia fios de cabelo de outro hóspede no box, mas também havia cheiro de água sanitária, demonstrando que foi limpo, mas nem tanto. Pra mim os piores pontos foi: colocar uma pulseira (parecida com aquelas de balada) cor amarelo marca texto nos hóspedes, até o final da hospedagem, achei um absurdo andar pela cidade marcada com uma pulseira com o nome do hotel onde estava hospedada, outro ponto péssimo foi a energia do quarto, que era liberada mediante acesso com cartão, no entanto tive muita dificuldade de liberar a energia, foi necessário a recepção mexer nos disjuntores do andar, outros hóspedes também tiveram essa péssima experiência. Para quem quer economizar na estadia e vai passar poucos dias (no meu caso, apenas uma noite) acho que vale a pena, mas para uma estadia mais longa não recomendo.

Foi terrível, não recomendo. Pra começar, o hotel não tem secador de cabelo. Alem disso, o cartão desmagnetizou e a máquina da recepção não funcionava pra remagnetiza-los, de modo que após o dia inteiro de trabalho ficamos vários hóspedes trancados pra fora dos quartos pq nem a chave mestra deles estava funcionando. Demorou muito até resolver. Além disso, um povo esquisito, baderneiro fazendo farra de madrugada que não deixava ninguém dormir e o hotel não fazia nada. Terrivel

Gostei bastante da minha hospedagem num geral! Meu atendimento foi bom e o quarto estava limpo e confortável. Pude deixar as malas após o check out e foi ótimo!! Meus pontos a melhorar são: café da manhã.. tinha bastante variedade de alimentos, entretanto a qualidade estava muito baixa, principalmente aqueles feitos pelos funcionários, e com isso tive que desperdiçar comida pela falta de preparo mais refinado.
