Excelente experiência. Os funcionários prestam ótimo atendimento. O quarto é arejado, de bom tamanho, com tv grande e sacada com bela vista para o mar. Piscina estilosa e demais instalações muito bem cuidadas. O restaurante também é ponto positivo. Pousada pé na areia. Tudo de bom.

Equipe incrivelmente cordial e simpática. Comida muito gostosa. Restaurante fecha cedo (20h) fora da temporada, mas nada que atrapalhe tanto já que escurece cedo na região. Só precisaria ser orientado melhor na chegada para não causar nenhum transtorno!

Cliente quase satisfeito...

No geral, tudo bem: alimentação, recepção, limpeza, qualidade do quarto [no. 4], banheiro/chuveiro, áreas de estar e lazer, piscina, restaurante, atenção da equipe de atendentes. No específico: ao longo de uma tarde inteira, 05 hóspedes [conhecidos do proprietário da pousada] ocuparam a piscina e seu deck, com conversa em tom muito alto, muita cerveja, muitos palavrões, som cativo do grupo [que se sobrepôs até ao som ambiente da própria pousada...], muito "debate político" dentro da piscina. Ou seja, esse grupo transformou a área de lazer da pousada - sem qq intervenção da Administração da casa - no quintal de uma casa particular, ignorando e em detrimento dos demais muitos hóspedes presentes, que ficaram apenas constrangidos em ter que assistir a essa presepada, sem nada poder fazer. Uma falha muito grave, no Brasil ou em qq lugar do Planeta para um estabelecimento desse tipo e qualidade.

Sugiro orientar os hospedes a não "reservar"as cadeiras da piscina e praia com algumas roupas e impedir o uso por pessoas presentes. Percebi que as cadeiras ficam vazias toda a manha e começam a ser ocupadas bem mais tarde por aqueles que colocaram algum pertence marcando o espaço e chegando bem mais tarde. Outro ponto é aspecto de segurança nos finais de semana quando pessoas da praia se utilizam dos serviços da pousada inclusive piscina e banheiros, sem qualquer controle ou supervisão. Tal fato aumenta o desconforto na área e piora a qualidade do atendimento.
