**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and natural pools. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
