Great house consisting of 4 suites, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros condominium, with excellent structure and comfort for your best season in Praia do Forte!

My space has air conditioning in all suites, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi. In addition, it has a gourmet terrace with barbecue, a large swimming pool and garden.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground floor): 3 single beds, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and smart TV;

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and smart TV;

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and smart TV;

Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and smart TV.

The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
