Wonderful location in Praia de Forte. The apartment is in good condition with all the amenities. The pool was excellent and the beach was at the property. We walked to town for dinners and shopping and felt very safe. A grocery store was nearby for essentials. We would stay here again.

We spent a few days at this condo as a retreat from Salvador with family. The host is very responsive and communicative. The property is clean and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and pool. Very friendly staff on site. The location is perfect for accessing the beach and village and right beside the Tamar turtle project. I would highly recommend.

Amazing property located 3 min walking from the village center, close to shops and dinning. Mr Avelino is very responsive and was a great host! If there’s one thing it could be improved is having A/C in the living room as it gets hot and ceiling fan is not enough. Otherwise it is the perfect family apartment.

We had a fantastic family trip due to this condo facilities. It's location is perfect, 5min away from downtown - walking distance. I wouldn't have rented a car if I knew I could get everything I needed so close. The beach in front of the condo is great for families. great reefs and natural pools during low tides that are fantastic for small and big kids to explore snorkeling. The flat is at the ground level of the condo, and one of the closest to the beach ( you won't need flip flops to get there). It is well equipped and cozy. helpful and professional staff. Hope we can visit it again soon!

Great Location No Bedroom TV Working

The beds were super hard. There was a condominium wide satellite outage that affected the TV n the bedroom but not the one in the living roomwe booked this unit because we wanted a TV n bedroom. The room the TV that was not working in was the secondary bedroom & matress was rock hard. No hot water in bathroom sink. No coffee, no sugar, no pool towels. So b prepared. The best thing about place was pool & location.

A localização é perfeita. Ao lado do projeto Tamar e da entrada do centrinho da Praia do Forte e com acesso direto à praia. Não há necessidade de carro para quem pretende ficar nas praias mais próximas. Propriedade bem equipada, limpa. O hosting é muito prestativo, tivemos um problema com a internet, que foi resolvido prontamente. Também nos ofereceu apoio antes, durante e pós estádia. Voltaria com certeza.

Foi um final de semana incrível, amei a minha hospedagem, o condomínio e muito lindo, organizado, silencioso, seguro e perto de tudo, bem em frente a praia, tem uma piscina linda, fizemos tudo a pé, praia, vila, tudo muito próximo. Na recepção foi tudo muito rápido, funcionários bem educados e prestativos, o sr. Localização excelente, bem como o condomínio e a casa do sr Avelino, onde encontramos tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia perfeita. Contudo em 1 dia de nossa estadia tivemos o imprevisto de ficar sem energia elétrica por cerca de 11h (entre 9h da manhã e 20h da noite), estava chovendo e o clima estava ideal pra curtir a casa, aproveitar o ambiente, só que isso não foi possível pois sem eletricidade o ar-condicionado n funciona e o calor estava insuportável, ficamos sem entretenimento, algumas comidas nossas estragaram na geladeira, bebidas esquentaram e tivemos que tomar banho frio. Tudo ficou muito desconfortável. Ao falar com o proprietário sobre a situação, o mesmo não se mostrou disposto a compensar o ocorrido, por se tratar de um problema externo (problema com a fornecedora de energia), porém nossa experiência ficou prejudicada, esperava que o anfitrião se solidarizasse com o ocorrido de alguma forma, dando um desconto para uma próxima estadia por exemplo, mas ficamos apenas com o pedido de desculpas pelo ocorrido. Excetuando-se isso, gostamos muito da viagem, voltaremos mais vezes a Praia do Forte.
