"The apartment is nicely decorated with a good sized bedroom and walk in closet. The couch does offer an option for additional sleeping. The linens and towels were also good quality. You can walk to the water but not to swim if you are visiting during the summer. I am sure the beach area is not too far. Stonington is a we lovely town with many little shops to explore. It is also super close to Mystic, Westerly and a less than an hour to Newport. I would highly recommend staying at Scott's place. His rental home in front of this apartment is beautiful as well. Parking could pose a problem during the summer months. I had to park down the block one night. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the days leading up to New Years here. The snow added to the holiday experience for us. "

The king size beds in every room made for a good nights rest. Our host was welcoming and responded to any questions. "We needed a room for one night and very little was available in the area - we were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean room with microwave and fridge, 2 large mattresses and plenty of storage space. Beds were OK, the place was not beautiful but practical, and check-in guy was helpful. Nice location, easy access to Foxwoods, Stonington and Mystic. Saved us a lot of money, very well worth the price."
