"The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; close to all - coffee shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and a quick drive to Mystic or Westerly. The home was clean and well-appointed; looked just like the photos. Louis was responsive and helpful. We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay. "

"Unfortunately the property was not as expected. The communication was very great from the beginning. Even after hitting extra traffic the manager came and brought our groceries inside and put away cold items. We were very excited and looking forward to our arrival at this point. Upon arrival there was a note on the table that two of the cottages were without water as well as one of the showers not working inside of the big house. A note. Not a phone call or message or a heads up. There were two holes in the front windows, a hole in the wall and a barely functioning lock on the back door. When I spoke to the owner he offered to put two of the couples in a hotel next door. Upon arrival one of the hotels had a leak and one of the couples was so disgusted they left. I then continually tried to make contact with the owner and never received a response and had to file a claim with VRBO. "

"We had a great stay at the Eagle's Nest to celebrate my wife's birthday. Located an easy walk from Napatree Point and Lighthouse Point, this beautiful home is perfectly located for beach walks and local exploring. We didn't get to enjoy the spectacular views until the morning we checked out (weather didn't cooperate), but they were a highlight. Chris was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, providing some snacks/drinks for our arrival (huge when travelling with kids), and sending along recommendations for our itinerary. This was a great experience!"
