"Stay here every time I go to work in St Austell (2-3 times a year). Brilliant hotel, large and well equipped rooms, great food options both in the bar and the restaurant. Spa and gym are Brilliant for a hotel, i know I can get a good swim or workout in when Im staying there."

"Everything was lovely , check in was a bit after 3pm but we were given a glass of champagne to make up for the delay. Could do with more tea bags in the room , but very small things . "

"Room was spotless, bed was so comfy and the shower was amazimg, even tje food was fantastic the only down fall i had but nothing serious was the heating not working in the room, i had put the thermostat on 28 but no heat was coming out and i was quite cold. But didnt complain cos i was only there for 1 evening and didnt feel the need to complain. "

"the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon.
