"This property is a gem! Central location in Honfleur but quiet. The staff is lovely. Beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the day. Breakfast is brought to your room and is plentiful. Also loved having the kitchenette and separate seating area. Highly recommend. "

"Incredible hotel with amazing staff on site. In particular, Stephen was extremely hospitable, and all of the staff made us feel like we were staying with (very luxurious) family! The hotel property and rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The food at the sister hotel up the road was delicious, and we wish we could have stayed much longer. Will be back when we return to Honfleur!"

"Lovely traditional hotel, quirky but comfortable and good sized room - no fridge in the room though! Restaurant for dinner was very good. Beautiful central location."

"We travel ALOT and this was the best hotel we have stayed in anywhere. We spent two days of our honeymoon here and the staff welcomed us with a huge bunch of flowers and champagne, gave us the best room in the hotel and couldn’t do enough for us. We even had our small dog and she was allowed to roam the hotel off the lead and even at breakfast. The service was perfect. A great blend of privacy and awareness. "

"Great location, on the water and a 5 min walk to the beautiful, historic old port, but still easy to drive in and out of to explore the region. We had luck getting hotel parking, which was 12 euro/day. If this is full, there is a large public lot across the street, but this costs 26 euro/day."
"I loved everything about my stay. The room was gorgeous. The grounds and gardens relaxing and lovely. The staff was attentive and you could tell how much they cared for the hotel as well. It’s run by the 3rd generation of family and the loving care for the place and the guests is apparent. Parking is free and onsite and it’s just a small stroll into the main areas of town yet set back enough from the busy-ness. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great stay in a historic hotel in the heart of Honfleur - beautiful rooms and comfy beds - charming service - too many great restaurants around the area meant we didn’t eat there and breakfast not for us bar a coffee and a croissant which we had locally - ( only slight gripe booked a parking space but then car park was full and had to park in public car park - but no big deal and they didn’t charge for that night and the electric chargers were a bonus - got the impression locals were using it as only needed a code and did not ask for vehicle details when checked in ) "
"The hotel and amenities were very nice and clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Very convenient. To everything. Enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay again"
"From check-in to check-out our whole experience exceeded expectations. After our last minute cancellation of our original booking we decided on Best Western and are so glad we did! Would’ve stayed longer if we could."

"Bathroom shower sink was blocked with hair so almost flooded until I scooped hair out of the plug hole! So this must have been a problem for previous occupants? This made the bathroom smell musty "
"Wish we’d had more time here, it’s a lovely property with kind and helpful staff and a nice restaurant we wish we’d gone to rather than the more touristy ones on the Vieux Bassin. A great stay, thanks."
