"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "

"Sauna and steam room for free guests was excellent. Gym equipment was a bit sparse. Breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Room was spacious. Sadly on 2 of my 4 days some idiots burnt their food cooking causing two unwelcome early morning wake ups. Location was as indicated. All in all worth the money in a beautiful clean and safe city ."

"This is an excellent hotel! The location is brilliant - a 5-10 minute walk to all the main sights of Poland but still quiet to get a good night’s sleep. The staff are brilliant and really can’t do enough for you. Rooms are spacious and clean and they are well stocked with everything you need!"

"The hotel and staff were amazing! The food was absolutely excellent. I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"The staff were fantastic—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well kept. For a four-star hotel, one might expect softer pillows; unfortunately, the ones provided were quite large and the filling inside them felt lumpy and knotted. The bedsheets were also somewhat worn and torn. There were a few other minor issues: the bathrobes were worn and rather small, even for my wife who is slim, and there was no soap dish in the bathroom. The swimming pool could also benefit from some maintenance, as the hanging lights and electrical connectors under the water didn’t feel particularly reassuring. Overall, the experience was excellent, and any shortcomings were more than made up for by the truly lovely hotel staff."

"We chose this hotel, in part, because of the facilities (swimming pool specifically) and were not disappointed. We paid for a river view and were very glad we had. Waking up each day to the sight of the river and the old town beyond with Wawel Castle, St Mary's Bascilica and other visible landmarks was glorious from 7th floor. The glass lift gives and outstanding view too. We paid for the breakfast and it was very good value. Buffet, self service style and everything from fresh fruit and yoghurts, breads (including gluten free option), cakes, croissants and danish pastries, hot cooked goods (bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, courgettes etc) cheeses, meats, fish and extensive salad, dressings, accompaniments and a very popular waffle station with the largest pump handle Nutella bottle I have ever seen!! Several coffee machines and an excellent selection of leaf and herbal teabags. They even had actimel bottles. There is a mini "spa" on 6th floor with rainfall showers, relaxing seating, steam room and sauna. On the ground floor is a small business centre and a hairdressers. Krakow Zablocie train station is a couple of minutes walk away (direct trains operate from here to Oświęcim (Auschwitz) at an approximate cost of £10 per person return taking around 1.5hr . Lots of restaurants around the hotel including Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese and others. Schindlers Factory is 10 minutes as is the ghetto wall remnants. Plaszow Memorial Park is 20-30 minutes walk. mini supermarket oppos"
