Located just opposite Cala Font and its sister cove Cala Vinya, both of which are charming inlets surrounded by Mediterranean nature, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Within less than 10 minutes' walk during the high season, you'll find beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and taxi and bus stops — everything you need to make your holiday easy and stress-free.

With more than 130 m² of living space and capacity for up to 9 guests, this apartment offers a spacious and functional layout, perfect for large families or several families travelling together. It is distributed as follows:

- Spacious, bright living-dining room divided into two areas: dining and lounge, with air conditioning and direct access to the large terrace with sea views.

- Bedroom 1: double bed

- Bedroom 2: two single beds

- Bedroom 3: three single beds

- Bedroom 4: bunk bed, ideal for children

- 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower

- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils

- Large terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast with sea views or a sunset dinner.



GOOD TO KNOW

- Pets and group bookings are not accepted. This property is reserved exclusively for families.

- Air conditioning is available in the living room only

- No lift. One flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the apartment

Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the handover of keys. The agency will contact you in advance with all the necessary information.
