  • Bright Suite with sweeping views of Shuswap Lake, Copper Island and the Mtns. These views can be seen from every room, your covered patio and front lawn area.
    This private, self contained, keyless entry suite is the lower level of the home with 9ft ceilings giving the area a bright airy feel. Owners live above the suite.
    Nearby: beaches, golf, fishing, hiking, boating, wineries, restaurants. Suite includes:
    1 bedroom with queen bed. Private bath, sitting area with tv- Netflix/Prime, electric fireplace, ( Ac and furnace controlled from living quarters above the suite), indoor eating area. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes etc. Step out your patio door to a covered patio with chairs, outside eating area, bar and barbeque.
    Front yard has fire pit ( conditions apply) or propane fire pit.
    Enjoy the Amazing Sunsets and twinkling lights from around the lake.

Paul and Shirley have an amazing place. It doesn’t in any way feel like a basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean and it had some extra’s like a blender and BBQ. The views are absolutely spectacular. We will be back.

Sweet Suite Paradise

This was our second stay at this beautiful Vrbo property and it will not be our last! The property was exactly as the promo pictures…outstanding! The hosts, Paul and Shirley were so helpful, explaining how everything worked. There was also many amenities than my timeshare’s bare minimum! The hosts provided essentials like sunscreen, bug spray, but also ketchup, mustard, and more, beer, kettle chips, popcorn, and even REAL coffee creamer. So thoughtful!

Hidden Gem

We booked very last minute and didn’t know quite where we were going in the Shuswap. Up the hill in Blind Bay is this wonderful retreat with an amazing view of the lake. It is so well appointed (both in the kitchen and the spa like bathroom) and comfortable it was hard to drag ourselves away but we would head 5 minutes by car down the hill for swimming at the local beach or 25 minutes across the lake to another beach- lots of choices for cooling down in 35 degree weather. Back up the hill for cocktails, bbque and beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to return. Paul and Shirley were very lovely hosts!

The View was Amazing

We stayed in this AMAZING suite the first week of September. Immediately we knew it would be a wonderful 5 night stay. Paul and Shirley were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is OUTSTANDING with spectacular views of the Bay. The sunsets were absolutely out of this world! The suite is exceptionally clean and very organized. We loved that there was coffee, filters, granola and yogurt, tasty potato chips and a variety of spices, etc. The kitchen is very equipped. The whole suite has a very cozy decor, a very relaxed vibe and had so many special touches. From the minute you wake up to sundown every window displays views of the beautiful yard, the Bay, Copper Island and the mountains. The bedroom was very comfortable and we loved that it had a ceiling fan. We loved the different seating areas in the yard. Morning coffee in the adirondack chairs, lunch at the little outdoor table, and happy hour at the bar table with stools. It was a very quiet residential neighborhood and in the evening the sound of the crickets was so cool. We had a very relaxing stay and watching those spectacular sunsets every night took our breath away! In our opinion Paul and Shirley live in the best neighborhood and have the best view. Rocky Point Beach is quaint and nearby. Herald Provincial Park and Margaret Falls are a must visit. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the whole day there. We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back! Cheers!
