Self contained with free parking for one vehicle and street parking, 3 piece bathroom, kitchenette with Keurig & bar fridge. Secure bicycle storage possible. Living room with gas fireplace, 55 inch TV with Netflix and Prime. Dedicated workspace with wifi and USB charging station. Double occupancy suited or family of four with 2 cot beds. No pets, non smoking.

Two 6 inch memory foam mattresses with metal bed frames and bedding. 3 piece bathroom with heated floors. Bbq and outdoor seating. Designated work space and parking for 1 vehicle.Possible secure bike storage.

The house cannot be accessed via 5 St SE. You must enter into the lane between 5 and 6 street to access the property and parking. The suite is located to the right of parking between the house and garage under the Welcome sign.

Lovely Suite
They had an issue with their high tech electric toilet but the landlord was very lovely, the suite is beautiful and central, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent stay for the price. All the bells and whistles!
